Tips for Fengyang silicone CMYK printing HD glossy silicone printing
TDS of FY Silicone CMYK printing, Fengyang silicone HD glossy printing
Preparation:
1.A Mesh&Squeegee: 180 (72T) Mesh number ;65-75 degree Squeegee for CMYK printing
1.B Mesh&Squeegee: 100-120(40-48T) Mesh number ;65-75 degree Squeegee for silicone HD printing and silicone glossy effect printing.
2.: Pigments added ratio: Silicone CMYK printing pigments mixing ratio 10%
3.Catalyst mixing ratio:3% slow dry FY-300 and fast dry FY-600 can mix together for using.If machine printing to chose slow dry catalyst or slow and fast dry half and half.
4.Silicone thinner FY-1# adding ratio:0-20%
5.Heating Temp and time: Flash cure temp :100℃- 120℃ for 6-10 seconds ,Drying temp :120℃- 140℃ for about 2 -3 minutes.
Printing process:
1.CMYK colors printing ,one color to print 1 layer
Silicone FY-311 100G
CMYK color pigment 10G 10%
Fast dry catalyst FY-600 3G 3%
Silicone thinner FY - 1 # 20G 20%
Flash by temp of 120℃ 6-10 seconds
2.Silicone high density printing for 8-12 times :
Silicone FY-310 100G
Fast dry catalyst FY-600 3G 3%
Silicone thinner FY - 1 # 10-20G 10-20%
Flash by temp of 120℃ 6-10 seconds.
3.Glossy silicone ink top coating for 2-3 times:
Glossy silicone ink FY-300G 100G
Fast dry catalyst FY-600 3G 3%
Silicone thinner FY - 1 # Silicone thinner is not necessary
Flash by temp of 100-110℃ 10-25 seconds
Have to wait silicone bubbles out first to heat, it will be better to use low temp by longer heating time to avoid bubbles problem.
After printing finish, to heat by heating tunnel by 120℃- 140℃ for about 2 -3 minutes.
