I'm now chilling with leftover Domino's and watching special ed 🙌
Also, some progress has been made today with my plans to move back home. Nothing big just yet.. but hopefully it'll get the ball rolling! 🤞

Successfully recorded a video during the heatwave without keeling over 🤣🙌
Recently, I've been really thinking about how I'd like to carry on with The Outlast Trials, but I'm gonna wait until I feel better and can rebuild consistency!

**Update after my last post:**
I had my Chiropractic appointment and it turns out I've been dealing with something called 'Occipital Neuralgia', which is basically chronic nerve pain stemming from the cervical (upper) spine, going up into the head. They actually started my treatment during my assessment, so that was brilliant of them - I'll be going weekly to try and resolve the issue! 👌

It's. Fuggin. HOT. ☀️☀️
Yet another heatwave here in the UK! I'm attempting to get some editing done today, but it's not going very well 😅🤣
So I wanna put it out there.. the heat is only partially the reason I'm posting one video a week to YouTube atm. I've kept it quiet, but I've actually been dealing with headaches, head pressure and neck pain.. FOR 8 MONTHS!
It's made even normal everyday tasks difficult, negatively impacting my mental health. Doctor's have NO IDEA what's wrong (story of my life tbh).
BUT.. some hopeful news; I'll be having a Chiropractic assessment on Saturday! I have a sneaking feeling my cervical spine might need adjusting.. again (I saw a Chiropractor about 10 years ago to make adjustments in the same area!) 👀
I'm hoping to create videos regularly again once the issue's been resolved.. wish me luck! 🙌

I had an ultrasound today, which came back all fine! The Doctor's aren't sure what caused the pain the other day, but said it might've been a leftover gallstone from before my surgery.. we'll never know 🤷‍♀️
But it's okay, all that matters is there's nothing concerning lurking about in my stomach area! 🤣👌
I decided to go for coffee and a nature-walk afterwards, which was really uplifting.. I love being by water! ~Enjoy the photos~ 🥰

Braved the heat today - 34°C is CRAZY-HOT for us in the UK! Seriously don't know how we do it with no aircon in our homes.. it's actually evil 😅🤣🤣

I had a 'surgical review' today, after experiencing pain where my gallbladder used to be last Thursday. It kinda hurts to press down on my stomach, but the Doctor's don't seem concerned, so I'm not either.
I'm most likely gonna be called back in for an ultrasound, to be on the safe side. It was probably another gallstone that got stuck; which can still happen with no gallbladder! 🤷‍♀️

Today was good overall though! I got an iced coffee with my lunch and read for a bit in my local café (where there was aircon!) I then bought some things in Primark and a Biscoff milkshake to have on my way home! 🙌❤️

It's ridiculously hot in the UK this week.. please send help! 🥵🤣
I went out with my mum and stepdad for the day yesterday, which was lovely. We went around the shops in Clark's Village, and finished off with a maccies ❤️
Today, I'm attempting to do some editing, but I'm struggling to get my brain into gear.. the heat really isn't helping! 😅

So I thought I'd finally take Amazon Prime up on listening to my one audiobook a month, and I've started listening to 'The Let Them Theory' by Mel Robbins. I'd seen the book quite a few times in my local TGJones (formerly WH Smith's) but I never bought it or got it on Kindle.
I didn't think reading it would massively change things for me, considering I've always been a stubborn lass who does what SHE wants to do. But, some things mentioned have made me feel a bit differently about the way I hold that attitude. Instead of it coming through with a defiant vibe.. I've started to feel a bit more relaxed about it.

There's one area where I'm hoping it'll help in particular:
I've always hated when people tell me to do something; ESPECIALLY if I was already planning to do it. It makes me not want to do it anymore, and I get really frustrated with the person, as they've now (unintentionally) set me back for probably days - or even weeks!
It's a problem I've noticed in myself before; I reject any sort of implied authority or control over what I do.. even if it was a mere and innocent suggestion. I think it's part of the reason I feel better working alone, thinking alone, living alone.. because I can't stand people having expectations of me, that could take away my free will.

I did actually do a little work on this area in therapy years ago, but recently it's become evident it's still a problem. So anyways.. 'The Let Them Theory' has highlighted this issue for me, and hopefully it'll help in this area, we shall see! 🤞
