Sorry I have been absent the past few months. I do not like to share so much of my personal life on my channel as it is my woodturning outlet....So.... Ill try to keep this short. The past couple of years have been very stressful, to say the least. During the time of the house build, I had multiple, what I was told were, Panic attacks. These were no ordinary attacks. I was paralyzed and unconscious. I had been to the ER at least 10 times in one year for heart palpitations and chest pain. Every time I was sent home with a diagnosis of "panic disorder". Found out during this time that I had a Adrenal Adenoma on my left kidney. It showed up in a scan I had in 2019 but nothing was said to me about it. I found it by chance going through my medical records. At the moment the hurricanes, in October, were at our door I had "episode" of extremely high blood pressure and a rapid heart rate. 5 days in a row I was taken by ambulance to the ER. Again, same diagnosis "panic disorder". I convinced my PCP to do more blood work to see it the adenoma was active. Thank God I did! As far as we know at this point my adenoma is causing my adrenals to produce too much aldosterone. To save y'all the months or research, in short, that hormone regulates blood pressure and heart rate, among many other systems. I have had a total heart evaluation and all is clear! Praise Jesus! But sill have to wait 6 months to see a specialist for my adenoma. My body is going through so much physically and mentally I am either fighting or giving up. I never know when the episodes will happen. For now, diet and supplements seem to help keep things calmer. I am not sharing this for anyone to feel sorry for me or get anything from anyone. Although prayers are always appreciated and needed. I am thankful for all of y'all ! Hopefully I will be back into the normal " me " sooner than later. For right now I am focused on overcoming all of this. Praying your New Year is abundantly Blessed ! #GodIsGoodAllTheTime

Non stop rain and heat keeping me out of the shop! erg!! Adjusting to how and when I can turn is quite frustrating from what I am used to. I had forgotten the challanges I had as a new turner. Hardly any tools or equipment. I realize how even though those tools weren't necessary, they were very helpful. Most importantly, time savers. Some tools made it possible to even accomplish most of the project I made in the past. That being said, I am struggling to make my new situation work. I am so very thankful I have what I do, that is truth! But, I am being honest. I am struggling. Not just with the shop situation. Our whole family, including my parents, are adjusting to this move. We are in the in-between, and will be for a bit longer. Hurdle after hurdle. That being said, selling a home and building new, should be an Olympic sport! just saying! lol I am trying to praise Jesus for it all even for the difficult situations. You can not get stronger without the work. Our faith is being tested and tried. The attitudes of our hearts are being worked on. It is yucky but necessary. I am thankful we do not have to do it alone! He will never leave us or forsake us. That is the Truth. Praying you all are blessed. Keep a thankful heart and praise the one who makes everything possible. 🙏 For His honor and glory!
That being said, I pray we can overcome these challenges and I can get shop time. Lord willing!

Hey y'all !! hope everyone is blessed! I have had kidney stones for the past week and a half but hopefully I am on the mend. If you have ever had kidney stones, you understand the pain it causes. If you haven't had them, praise the Lord! Thank you to those who sent messages and are praying for healing. I appreciate you all and can not wait to get back in the shop!
