Baking bread is my favorite thing to do in a snow day! It’s creative, it’s meditative, there’s an goodly dose of childlike fun in it and, of course, it’s delicious!
Sorry I haven’t been posting these past few weeks. It has been impossible to film between the holidays and a house constantly full of people! But I’m full of new ideas and I promise I’ll be back soon!

Hi all. My darling cat Coco passed today. I’ll never forget the day he snuck into my garden as a kitten. It was love at first sight on both our parts. He was not old and this was all very sudden. I’m completely grief stricken and need some time to process. So I won’t be posting for the rest of this week. If anyone notices, this is why.

Taking some time this morning to try to make sense of things. Communing with my Subconscious Mind, my Higher Self, Angels, Ancestors, SPIRIT.
Quiet reflection is the best way get off of the runaway train of strong emotions and find a bit of inner peace and clarity. I know it feels good to scroll and ignore what’s going on around us, but that is how they rob us of our power.
There’s a lot of great stuff here, don’t get me wrong. I love me some Pasta Grannies! But try to notice when you’re on social media for information you want, as opposed to continuing to watch anything at all to avoid being in the present.
So here’s my advice to you, whether you want it or not (bold words for a #humandesignprojector), is this: watch what you came for then turn this d—m thing off and go outside for a walk, meet up with a friend, call your mother, draw something, take a shower, play with your cat, have sex. Anything at all to reconnect with the present, yourself and your loved ones. Just sayin… 😉
