It’s easy to get caught in “busy mode”—feeling overwhelmed with tasks piling up, yet your papers remain unwritten, and the journals you want to publish in seem out of reach.
The solution? Slow Productivity. 😌
By focusing on fewer, more meaningful tasks, you can achieve more without the burnout.
Here's how:
1️⃣ Do Fewer Things Overwhelm happens when your plate is too full. Too many commitments—meetings, courses, projects—distract you from writing. Start saying ‘no’ to non-essential tasks and focus on writing your papers. 📝
2️⃣ Work at a Natural Pace Writing and publishing papers is not a sprint. Some days you’ll make huge progress, while others may feel slower. Don’t rush—allow your work to grow at a sustainable pace. The fewer tasks you juggle, the more meaningful your progress will be. ⏳
3️⃣ Obsess Over Quality Would you rather publish 10 mediocre papers or 3 in high-impact journals? Quality over quantity is key. When you slow down and focus on fewer tasks, you can create valuable, impactful research. 🎯
📌 Slow Productivity is about being intentional with your time and energy. By focusing on fewer, high-value activities, you can produce better results—without the burnout.
The Results and Discussion section is one of the most critical parts of your thesis or research paper. 📝
It’s where you highlight the findings you've worked so hard to gather over months (or even years) of research.
So, how do you organize your results in a way that tells a compelling story? How do you ensure your contributions to the field are clear and impactful?
🎥 In this short video, I’ll show you how to present and discuss your results effectively—whether you're working with qualitative or quantitative data, no matter your field of study.
💡 Watch the video now to learn the best strategies for presenting your research results clearly, confidently, and with maximum impact.

Confession Time: I Didn't Practice What I Preach... 😬
Today, I broke my own principles of focus and productivity, and let me tell you, it wasn’t fun.
But it was also a valuable lesson—a reminder of what not to do if you want to stay focused and productive. 🧠
We had a co-working session with our Published Researchers clients,
where we focus intensely for 2 hours on our most important task of the day. Unfortunately, my session didn’t go as planned.
Here’s why:
1️⃣ NEVER open your email box in the morning. I did it today, and got instantly sucked into answering emails and managing urgent tasks. It took me 20-30 minutes to regain focus. Lesson learned.
2️⃣ Clarify your priority the night before. I didn’t specify my priority for the day the night before. I had a general idea, but it wasn’t clear enough, which delayed my start. Planning ahead is key!
3️⃣ Keep only one tab or window open. I left our Published Researcher community tab open, and my mind wandered to check updates every few minutes. Major distraction.
4️⃣ Reward yourself for progress! After the session, I started beating myself up for not staying fully focused. But then I realized I still achieved a lot, even if it wasn’t everything I planned. I wrote down my accomplishments and reflected on what I’m grateful for. Celebrate your wins!
✨ Now, it's your turn!
Have you ever had one of those days where focus just didn’t happen? 😅
How did you turn it around? Or do you have a productivity tip that keeps you on track?
📚 If you want to publish your qualitative study in a Q1 Scopus-indexed journal, you need to:
➡️ Present the data concisely and precisely highlighting the key contribution ➡️ Develop a coherent argument supported by evidence from quotes ➡️ Showcase the novelty of your findings.
If you're not doing this, your paper will likely join the other 80% of rejected papers...
🎥 That's why in this video this video I will reveal exactly how to present qualitative results so that your paper is ready for a Q1 journal.
This will be based on a real example of a real qualitative paper one of our clients is writing. ✍️
👉 You will learn exactly how to present your qualitative data precisely and concisely.
👉 You will tell a coherent argument clearly supported by evidence.
👉 You will highlight the novel contribution you're making.
Ultimately, this will make your paper significantly more likely to be published in Q1 journals. 📑✨

It’s not about being the smartest or having the perfect reference list. It’s about grit
— that powerful mix of persistence, stubbornness, and the ability to resist distractions (like Netflix) when you should be writing your conclusion. 🎬
A study showed that cadets with just a bit more grit were 60% more likely to succeed. 60%!
Imagine getting your paper accepted without going through endless revisions. 😅
How do you develop grit?
✅ Build Strong Habits (yes, even if you avoid Excel at all costs) ✅ Believe in Growth (even if one reviewer’s comment makes no sense) ✅ Block Distractions (goodbye, 200th cat video) ✅ Surround Yourself with Gritty People (and no, your coffee machine doesn’t count)
Start building your grit today. A little more persistence could boost your success rate by 60%.
Who wouldn’t want those odds? Need help reaching your goals?
Getting feedback on your research writing can feel like a punch to the gut. After spending months (or even years!) working on your thesis or research paper, hearing that your writing needs improvement can be frustrating.
Your first instinct? Defensiveness. “How dare they criticize my work?!”
But here’s the reality: Feedback is the key to research success.
🚨 Ignoring feedback because it’s painful? That holds you back. 🚨 Not acting on feedback because it’s hard? That stops your progress.
Instead of feeling defeated, use feedback to level up your writing and publish faster. 🔥

Staying motivated every day to write papers is tough... 😮💨
You might be staring at a blank screen for hours. 💻
You feel overwhelmed by all the tasks you need to do. 😵💫
Maybe your supervisor just gave you negative feedback on your last paper. 📄
Or perhaps the journal reviewers got back to you with a rejection or major reviews.
🚨 All that can destroy your motivation.
🚨 And lead to procrastination and fear of failure.
This was Lamia's problem too. 👩🎓
✅ Now that Lamia has the right step-by-step guidance, she regained motivation.
✅ So she can now work more intensely than ever before.
What progress would you make with your papers if you had similar support?

🖼️ Picture this:
🔹 You spend months collecting and analysing data.
🔹 Then another few months writing your paper.
🔹 You wait weeks for the journal response…
And it gets rejected or sent back for major revisions.
Why?
Often, it's because the results aren't presented properly.
(Watch this video where I break down exactly how to present qualitative results for Q1 journals: https://youtu.be/ZZJSF4g-wik)
Reviewers assume you already know how to do it better. 💁♂️
So you’re left trying to figure it out alone. 🙇
And if you haven’t published in a Q1 journal before… you don’t even know what you're aiming for.
That’s why I’m giving you a simple, proven framework:
1️⃣ State the main result – 1–2 sentences max.
2️⃣ Provide evidence – use short, clear quotes that directly support the result.
3️⃣ So what?! – explain what the quote means and why it matters.
4️⃣ Transition – link to the next result to build a coherent story.
🎬 Want to see it in action? I guided a researcher through this live: https://youtu.be/ZZJSF4g-wik
Still unsure how this applies to your paper?

Do you sometimes wonder how some researchers are able to regularly publish papers? 🤔
While for others the task feels like pulling teeth...
Toiling for months just to then bounce from rejection to rejection.
📅 Over the years we've developed a proven system that predictably gives our clients publication after publication.
📍 Here's another one hot off the press:
(it should be available online in the next few days)
👨🎓 When Krzysztof decided to enroll on our program, writing papers felt like an insurmountable task.
He was so busy with teaching and admin and chasing grants as a professor, that finding time for writing felt almost impossible. 🤷♂️
And when he did find the time, writing felt like pulling teeth. 🦷
Five months later, he's not only published a paper and submitted several more, but he rediscovered the joy of writing. ✨
And is now on track for 10 papers in 2025. 🥳
