Hello everyone.
I wanted to share (finally) my completed drawing. It started off as a Rorschach blot but I ended up painting sunflowers on it with acrylics and kept adding may little details until the blot stopped being visible 😹

I love panting sunflowers and so here we have many many sunflowers.

How is the winter treating you dear friends?
The weather is dull and the soul can sometimes feel damp but sunlight is always a few moons away. I try to bring some warmth each day with my new sunflowers in acrylic.

On my recent visit to Portugal I saw an artist make acrylic paint art and I remembered that my acrylics had been forgotten for a while.

Sometimes we fall in a seemingly unbreakable cycle..

I started this piece as a Rorschach print but now it has a mind of its own 😹

I hope to finish soon it soon ♥️

Wishing you all the warmest, happiest 2026!
I have been traveling the past few weeks. Went to Portugal and found some sunshine and some rain and lots of delicious food.
I hope you all had a lovely Christmas and got to unwind some during holidays.
How’s the weather where you’re at?

Here in France in our area it snowed some, and the weather feels icy. We are keeping warm indoors near the heaters and under layers of blankets.

I hope you’re staying cozy too.

As I navigate through the slowness of each day I realise some days I am unable to meet my expectation and goals.

Home after more than 6 weeks and my beautiful flowers some of which were mere seeds when I left are now a riot of colourful blooms.

Back to a life static as I left it. Small moments of sameness that I begin to enjoy and embrace. Delightful monotony of simple days.
