📻It's been quite a week for me as the title track has been playing all week on BBC Radio Leicester, after being chosen as BBC Introducing East Midland's 'TRACK OF THE WEEK', and we've made a lyric video for those who may not have heard it yet! 🎶🎵

🎩I'm very proud of this song and it's theatrical themes of empowerment, resilience and finding an inner confidence. It's been described on BBC Radio as being a 'strong, sassy and powerful' number and others have described it as having great 'gravitas' (a word that I had to look up, but I think that is good!)

❤I'd love to know what you think, as that's one of the great joys of finally releasing an album, which has been two years in the works. I have really given it all I have and am so grateful to everyone involved in bringing it to fruition 🙏

This week I wanted to share more details about my upcoming album "Sideshow", which will be coming later this month (if all goes to plan!)

This album has been a labour of love over the past couple of years really, and it has been quite a journey we've taken, which I'll never forget. There have been lots of highs (in terms of singing) but also devastating emotional lows, which I can't really ignore...
They've made the album what it is and making this album was something which kept me going when my Mum died of depression last year and my world fell apart.

Honestly, this album is something I couldn't imagine myself having the strength to finish, as I was only one song in when I heard the news. But somehow, here it is in all its sparkly glory, and we are just weeks away from the release! So I have to be grateful for that, and grateful for the strength I've been able to find to focus and see it through.

This video gives insight into what you can expect from 'Sideshow' - the songs, the challenges, highs and lows and how it was made alongside talented musicians from Malaysia, who've stood by me to create something which we can all be proud of 🤗

Proud to present my cover of this powerful and amazing song by Queen - 'The Show Must Go On', which sets the stage for a very important and exciting announcement... 📣😁🤗

⭐⭐ I'm VERY excited to reveal that the show WILL go on for me, in the form of a BRAND NEW ALBUM of original songs, which I'm releasing this Autumn! ⭐⭐

My new album 'SIDESHOW', is my proudest achievement to date, not only because of the songs, (which I'm very excited about), but also something which I never thought I'd see come to fruition, due to a number of significant personal challenges I faced during the making of the album.

I've been working hard on the album behind the scenes and have chosen to keep it secret until I'm in the right place to be able to make this announcement... And I'm happy to say that the time is right! 🙏

When Freddie Mercury sings 'Inside my heart is breaking, my make-up may be flaking, but my smile still stays on... THE SHOW MUST GO ON' I can definitely relate to that, and 'SIDESHOW' definitely has a dramatic, emotional and somewhat theatrical element, which I think people will enjoy!

Anyway, that's enough about 'Sideshow' for now... I will reveal more in due course! 🤩
