I review your Canadian immigration application the way an IRCC officer will before you submit. The gaps, contradictions, and missing evidence a checklist never catches.
I'm Bella Li, RCIC-IRB (R1040943), founder of Langille Immigration β a boutique practice in Kingston, Nova Scotia. I make these videos to cut through the noise of Canadian immigration across the four pathways I work in every day:
β
Express Entry
β
Spousal Sponsorship
β
Nova Scotia Nominee Program (NSNP)
β
Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP)
ποΈ Application Review β‘ a final read of your finished file by a licensed RCIC-IRB. Express Entry, Spousal, or NSNP: errors caught here, not by an officer.
ποΈ Consultation β‘ not sure which pathway fits, or just starting out? A focused one-on-one to map your options and what's realistic.

There's one line from last week's video I'd put on the inside of every application if I could.
Once you hit submit, you can't pull it back. There's no "actually, let me fix that." No amendment window. If an officer finds a contradiction, you might get a Procedural Fairness Letter with fifteen to thirty days to defend it. You might also just get a refusal.
That's not me being dramatic. That's the shape of the thing.
So the work has to happen before, not after. Which is honestly the whole reason I do reviews. Not to take the case over, you've already built it. Just to read it the way an officer will, while it's still yours to change.
The full walkthrough of how your file actually gets read π

And if you're close to submitting, the link to book a review is in my bio.

An officer opens your PR application. What can they actually see?
This is the part of last week's video that surprised people most, and it's the one I'd most want you to get right. Voteπ, then go watch the section on the "one file." πΊ https://youtu.be/JMI5stz_f70

This is the pattern, almost every time. The file isn't a mess. It's careful. And the thing that trips it up is never the big worry, it's the small inconsistency you stopped seeing three reads ago. A second set of eyes is just someone who hasn't gone blind to it yet.

πΊ New video is live. π How IRCC actually reads your file, and why the order changes everything. If you're mid-application, this is the one to watch before you submit.

When an IRCC officer opens your application, what do they look at FIRST? π

What people think an Application Review is: I open your forms and tick boxes.
What it actually is: I read your file the way IRCC will, and I spend the time where the risk is β the spots most likely to draw a question, a request for documents, or a refusal. Highest-risk items first, not front to back.
You've done the work. This is the licensed pre-flight check before you hit submit β because once it's in, you don't get a second chance to fix it.
If you're capable, prepared, and just want expert eyes before you submit, book an Application Review π

I made a video a while back on the 5 red flags that quietly sink a spousal sponsorship β still one of the most-watched things on this channel.
Here's the one thing most applicants still miss: the red flags aren't dramatic. It's not affairs or lies. It's a six-month gap in your timeline you never explained, or a sponsor detail that doesn't match the forms.
Boring inconsistencies refuse more files than bad relationships do.

New video's up: how to prove genuine finances for spousal sponsorship β even without a joint bank account. If that's the part you've been unsure about, start here.
