Hey guys! I apologize for being MIA the last couple of weeks. Here’s a quick update on what’s going on.

I’ve been dealing with upper back and neck pain for a few months and it finally reached a point where I couldn’t push through it anymore. I went to the chiropractor earlier this week and I have a repetitive stress injury. Basically my spine isn’t shaped correctly because of too much time spent at a computer and playing piano/guitar.

Luckily this is something that can be corrected with spinal adjustments and physical therapy. Surgery isn’t needed. However, this is something that has developed over years and will take a few months to correct.

The pain is the worst when I’m at my computer, so I’ve been avoiding using it as much as possible. I’ll still be working on content, but it will be in very short durations until this issue is resolved. I’ve also already seen some improvements this week, so we’re trending in the right direction.

Hopefully I’ll be back to normal in a few months!
