DEMAC - Diaspora Emergency Action & Coordination
The mission of DEMAC is to
* promote visibility for diaspora organizations in the humanitarian system
* build bridges between diaspora organizations, local actors and humanitarian actors around the world
* work together to provide better assistance to people in need
DEMAC is funded by USAID (BHA). In 2023 we are partnering with IOM - International Organization for Migration to enhance the impact and visibility of diaspora organizations in humanitarian response.
