Over the last few weeks many people have been concerned with the idea that Tylenol (Acetaminophen) is bad for you. They hear that it can cause
A child to be born with Autism if women take Tylenol during pregnancy.
May cause liver damage injury (Hepatotoxicity).
Depletes your body out of Folate (Vitamin B9).
Depletes your body out of Glutathione (Master Antioxidant).
May cause an N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) deficiency inhibiting liver detoxification.
May cause kidney damage and impairment.
Tylenol is not immediately a bad drug but is a tool that should be used respectfully. Like any other tool in this world, it can be used responsibly or can be used irresponsibly causing major damage, especially to oneself or others.
The reason most over the counter (OTC) drugs can be problematic is mostly due to user error. This occurs because people are not reading the drug label instructions on the back, the folded informational drug facts paper that comes with it, or a medical professional that did not do a thorough job explaining how excessive use beyond the drug's upper limit can actually harm you, especially if taken with alcohol, other Acetaminophen products, or other drug-related contraindications you may be currently taking.
I will talk about how the negative side effects can be avoided by respecting the drug's dosage instructions. How negative claims with Tylenol toxicity can be true in people who take way beyond the limit. How we can mitigate the risk of negative side effects accounting for Tylenol's toxic metabolite known as N-Acetyl-p-Benzoquinone imine (NAPQI). And how this is related to the Health & Human Services (HHS) statement on Autism and pregnancy.
Acetaminophen is not just limited to Tylenol, but can also be found in other OTC products.

Howdy! This is one of my favorite topics because we all love to sleep. However, not everyone sleeps deep enough to wake up rejuvenated, energized, and excited enough to take on the day with glee. I want to help you fix that.
Its bed time but you're wide awake full of energy like a little kid that doesn't want to go to bed. Racing thoughts that don't turn off. You may be tossing and turning all night with insomnia. Maybe you fall asleep and wake up a few hours later but can't fall asleep again. You get up to pee in them middle of the night disturbing your peaceful sleep. Bad sleep = bad day.
There are many factors as to why people are not sleeping to their full potential. I am here to help you unlock optimal sleep by mitigating these small but potent factors that sabotage you. The following factors sabotaging you are are
1 Lack of exposure to sunlight throughout the day
2 Staying indoors too long
3 Wearing sunglasses throughout the day
4 Constant exposure to screens that emit blue light aka all screens

7 Watching true crime dramas or horror movies or news politics before bed
