A quick word to the Fit After 50 crew,

Some people are surprised when they come to a fitness channel and occasionally hear me share my faith.

I’ve loved training since high school. Fitness has been a lifelong passion. But nothing replaces my faith in Christ or my desire to serve Him.

There are plenty of channels that offer good fitness advice, but often you have to tolerate foul language and disrespect to get it. You’ll never get that here. I’m committed to bringing you solid, practical training in a clean and respectful way.

We live in a world that needs hope, not just stronger bodies, but stronger hearts. If something I say or share ever helps someone find that hope, then it’s all worth it.

💪🏻 Sunday Challenge: Exercise Your Faith

We spend a lot of time caring for our bodies—watching what we eat, getting our workouts in, and trying to stay healthy. But God also calls us to spiritual maturity, and that requires effort too.

1 Timothy 4:8 (NIV) says,
“For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things.”

Just like muscles grow through exercise, faith grows when it’s used through prayer, time in the Word, and simple acts of obedience.

Take 10 minutes today to exercise your faith. Read a passage of Scripture, pray, and thank God for His goodness.

Build your body… but don’t neglect your spirit.
