Hello! My name is Amber and I love to create spaces within our home that evoke feelings of serenity and warmth. I believe that when it comes to designing and creating a home that it's an all encompassing broad subject and involves every aspect of how you live and exist in your home. I feel that idea heavily influences the design of a home. My style involves marrying modern elements with organic aesthetics and materials while throwing in vintage/antique pieces that i find second hand to create a collected, curated, and worldly design. My color pallette leans very neutral with black accents and natural colors from nature. I've lived a lot of places and nowhere ever really felt like my home until now. So I'm taking our builder grade home and making it our own one room at a time, and I'm bringing you all along with me. I'd love for you to follow along on my journey and hit the SUBSCRIBE button :D

Hello and happy Thursday y'all! I need help in deciding my next YouTube video for you. I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed that Christmas is quickly approaching and already feel so behind on content for the holidays, however, I also have other things unrelated to the holidays to put out for you (entryway moulding, basement build out prep, Christmas, etc) I'm going to give you a poll and I'd love it if you'd tell me what you'd prefer next based on what I'm able to do right now. Happy Tuesday! I realized that I did not mention in my last video that there would not be a video today. I'm spending spring break with the family and will be back next Tuesday to resume the schedule of every other Tuesday. What an adorable sight. I walked past the entryway and saw my toddlers bike just sitting there after she'd been riding it all over the house and just smiled and had to take a picture. I feel like these sights are just so precious, and they certainly don't last very long. Homes are meant to be loved and fully lived in and I'm happy to say that ours definitely is.

So it appears that time has gotten away from me. Before I knew it, we have only 2 days until Christmas Eve. I had planned on giving you all one last video with Christmas content this year but sadly I will not be able to. I do apologize for that. After having some hang-ups and dealing with some computer issues as well, I have officially finished the editing of the next video. It is currently 11 pm as I am posting this, so this video will be available as soon as tomorrow morning. I really hope that you enjoy this video. I'm working really hard on getting the next video finished up for you guys. This one is a fun DIY Christmas present that I've been planning for our toddler. With the Thanksgiving holiday now behind us, I've been able to really focus more on finishing up this project. However, I may have to push the upload of the video a couple of days.
