A Strong Native American Woman. I'm a 46 year old in Sobriety Physically Spiritually Emotionally. I started my journey of sobriety on 12-18-2019 and never looked back. Learned to embrace my Mental health and disorders and still learning something new about oneself. Have One Son and two ESA cats.
My opinion is to chose wizely about one circle, make good decisions and think about the consequences, don't push yourself to hard or don't get down on one self to hard. You fall get up laugh dust yourself off and go forward. Drink plenty of water, eat, take meds properly. Always Big self Hugs.
