Building an AI Implementation firm, working with awesome businesses and sharing what we're learning.

If I had to start an AI agency from zero in 2026, I would ignore most of the advice beginners follow.

After 90+ client projects, one thing is clear:

The early stage is not about branding. It is about becoming someone who can solve real problems inside real companies.

What most beginners focus on:
• Websites
• Logos
• A list of “services”

None of this helps you understand where the real friction is.

What actually moves you forward:
→ Learning a few tools well
→ Building projects that have to work
→ Documenting your process in public

Positioning matters too. Many companies prefer working with someone who can think clearly and ship clean workflows, not a new “agency” with no track record.

If you are starting in 2026, focus on:
• Skill depth
• Proof of work
• Understanding how businesses ru

Tools like n8n, Make, and Airtable lower the barrier to building. They do not teach you what to build or why it matters.

I took everything we learned across 90+ client engagements and turned it into the six steps I would follow if I had to begin again.

Which step do you think most beginners overlook?
