My second album ‘My Man & Me’ is out. I really don’t think the words exist to describe how much this album means to me. To have made it with my best friend Slim Gabriel, to have made it in the homes we grew up in, to have made it with so much youthful excitement… It’s been an honour to create and nurture it and it’s a even bigger honour to leave it in your hands now. I have been working on this album for the last three years alongside my best friend @slim.gabriel . It was born out of recovery from heartbreak, the wildness of new love, trips to the French countryside, make shift studios, and sparks of ideas for harmonies and horns that have lived in my head until now. This is the most ‘me’ work I’ve ever created. It’s the album I dreamed of when I was running around my house singing to myself as a little girl. I hope you love it as much as I do.
