New bog shaman buffs look really good. 0 chaos res node is actually usable now, so we don't need despair anymore. This also helps with two worst map mods which are hexproof and chaos res on monsters.
There is a slight nerf with -40% elemental resistances, so i added in purity of elements for early progression.
