I. Introduction to Marine Pedal & Fish Cage Production Line


Qiangsheng Plastic Machinery provides integrated solutions consisting of **HDPE marine pedal extrusion line** and marine pipe production line.



The production adopts twin extruders co-extrusion technology. Raw materials are blended and fed into the co-extrusion die for preliminary shaping. Profiles are then sized, cooled sequentially in vacuum tank and spraying cooling tank. This cooling mode delivers higher efficiency, better cooling effect and faster production speed compared with conventional sizing platforms. The formed pedal goes through embossing treatment, then conveyed by haul-off unit and cut to fixed length by cutting machine.
