I. Introduction to Marine Pedal & Fish Cage Production Line


Qiangsheng Plastic Machinery provides integrated solutions consisting of **HDPE marine pedal extrusion line** and marine pipe production line.



The production adopts twin extruders co-extrusion technology. Raw materials are blended and fed into the co-extrusion die for preliminary shaping. Profiles are then sized, cooled sequentially in vacuum tank and spraying cooling tank. This cooling mode delivers higher efficiency, better cooling effect and faster production speed compared with conventional sizing platforms. The formed pedal goes through embossing treatment, then conveyed by haul-off unit and cut to fixed length by cutting machine.

V. Product Structure & Customization
The marine farming platform is assembled modularly, composed of HDPE anti-slip pedals, PE plastic pipes and hollow PE floating buoys. All parts adopt virgin HDPE and PE raw materials. Buoys are filled with polyurethane foam, offering sufficient buoyancy, stable balance and excellent wave resistance.

## 1. Pre-construction Preparation
Professional construction crew arrives on schedule. Material storage shed and temporary living area are erected. HDPE marine pedals, PE buoys, pipes and fittings are properly stored. Power supply is connected and working vessels are rented to ensure smooth project implementation.

## 2. Material Performance
Buoy and platform components are made of virgin HDPE and PE materials with polyurethane foam filling. The materials feature corrosion resistance, UV resistance, anti-aging property and zero pollution.
