1. The rice mill adopts a three-roller design (equipped with three husking rollers), performing husking twice, with a husking efficiency of 99%, significantly higher than most models on the market which generally achieve below 90%.
2. The rice milling roller is made of new materials and features an improved structure, which not only increases the whole rice rate but also facilitates easier maintenance and parts replacement.
3. Connected to a grinding unit, the machine automatically crushes husks in one time, eliminating the need for secondary processing.
4. Rice yield has been increased by 1–8% compared to previous models.
5. The whole rice rate is improved by 5–15%, resulting in less broken rice and higher profit
6. With a milling capacity of 250–300 kg/h, it ensures high processing efficiency.
7. The double whitening process produces whiter, smoother, and more visually appealing rice grains.
8. The total power of the three motors is 7.2 kW, and the machine can be driven by a single-phase power supply, offering wide applicability.
9. Equipped with impurity removal and broken rice separation systems, it effectively cleans the rice and enhances finished product quality.
