How about I tell you I could double your successes?

- How to do this, you might ask?

🔹By turning each success story into a great piece of content.

- Here are the steps to do it:

1️⃣ First, take a minute to remember a success you accomplished lately.
🔸It doesn't matter how small it is; just pick something from the top of your mind.

2️⃣ Now, answer these four questions in a row:

✅ What caused this success?
✅ How did you accomplish it?
✅ What are the results?
✅ What have you learned?

3️⃣ Just one thing to go - you need a great hook.
🔸Don't worry; I've got you covered.

- Try this format:

[I've (THE SUCCESS) (TIME IT HAPPENED), and here's how I achieved it.]

- Let me give you an example:

I've got two new clients last week, and here's how I achieved it.

✔️ That's it! Let's do a quick recap:

1. Remember a success.
2. Answer the questions in order.
3. Write a hook.
4. Post it.

- Try this and turn each success into another opportunity for success.

With 550 million monthly users on Telegram, and you're not there

- maximizing our reach is the name of the game.

- We know how to use or create content on known platforms, but there are many platforms with great potential.

- What are those channels and how can you use them?

- I can help you with that.

1️⃣ Facebook Groups
🔸Creating a Facebook community in your niche is a great way for lead generation.

-Simple steps to start:

✅ Create a Facebook group,
✅ design a cover that showcases what you do along with your contact information
✅ add your friends, and start marketing the group on different channels.

2️⃣ Telegram Channels
🔸Take a more direct approach and post your CTA.

✔️ The best way to use it is to post short content with visuals and a CTA; it works like magic.

3️⃣ WhatsApp Groups
🔸It's a more personal channel, but creating a small group with your most loyal clients is killer for promotions.

✔️ You have to be careful, though - use text sparingly, as people tend to be sensitive on this platform.

4️⃣ WhatsApp Business
🔸Connect your WhatsApp Business to every social media platform you have.

✅ create product and service catalogs with pictures, descriptions, and CTAs.
✅ Use group messaging and stories for brand awareness and promotions.
✅ segment your clients.

- This is only a preview of the abilities of these channels.

- I will explain how to use each one of them in more detail in later content.

- You've got to start with them.

A study by Dominican University found that people who set goals are 43% more likely to achieve them.

- You start with almost a 50/50 chance if you only set goals.

- But how do you set them?

- Choosing something out of the blue doesn't work; you should have a process.

- If you've found something you're passionate about, that's great; most people don't.

- So what is the process?

1️⃣ Know yourself.

🔸Are you an introvert or an extrovert? 🔸Agreeable or disagreeable?
🔸Are you high in openness (creativity)?

But how do you do this? Simple steps:

✅ Do a personality test (available online).
✅ Watch online lectures or YouTube videos.
✅ Read articles.
✅ Start observing yourself.

Doing all of this, you'll be surprised because you'll realize that

✴️ you're not weak (you're just agreeable and dislike conflict).
✴️ you're not confused (you're creative).
✴️ you're not miserable (you're high in neuroticism).

and the list goes on and on.

2️⃣ observe yourself and identify what makes you joyful. Being aware is the way to know.

3️⃣ step out of your comfort zone, push yourself, and attempt as many things as possible.

4️⃣ Don't be afraid of taking responsibility for yourself, your family, and loved ones.

5️⃣ I don't like the cliché (you are a unique individual), but it's true. You are unique; there's only one of you.

Embrace that, listen to your intuition, and create your own path.

- You don't want to set random goals without a reason.

- You'll eventually drop them.

- You want to set goals and achieve them.

- Either you develop the habit of achieving goals or the habit of dropping them.

YOU CHOOSE!

According to Marketing Strategy Expert, 95% of small businesses fail on social media. But why?

- Your social media is your shop sign, where you attract clients.

- However, the formula has changed, and the rules of the game have changed as well.

- After seeing many businesses struggle on social media, here's why:

1️⃣ Most business owners don't take it seriously.
2️⃣ They opt for cheap solutions.
3️⃣ There's no actual strategy.
4️⃣ Ineffective content.
5️⃣ There's no consistency.
6️⃣ They want to grow fast without value.

✴️ But what is the right way to do it, you might ask?

✴️ I would say there is no one right way; there are many.

- However,

1. Your content is the most important aspect to engage.

✅ Know your audience
✅ cater to their needs
✅ bring value
✅ educate, and entertain

2. Don't focus solely on reaching more customers

✅ converting current ones, either to paying customers or loyal ones, is key.

3. Replying to every single message in real-time adds depth.

🔸If a message comes at 1 am and you see it, replying in real-time matters.

❌ don't fix on fixed hours.

4. The same goes for comments

✅ personalized replies make each one count and create depth.

5. Creating a clear brand image and style

✅ builds trust to lead the market.

- Imagine 30 years ago, having no store sign.

- If a customer goes in and asks for help
❌ you don't respond or provide an actual answer.

- Social media is same, but behind a screen.

know how to use it, and the sky is the limit for your business.

95% of your ideas won't see the light.

- It's a frightening statement for creative people whose greatest joy is creating.

- the truth is, not all of your ideas are going to be revolutionary.

Most of them will fail.

3. Develop a process.
🔸Understand your creative pattern and turning it into a process.

🔸This can be the most challenging, but it's a necessary skill for moving forward.

- To reach that 5% of ideas that actually work, you need a process.

- The more you practice it, the better you'll become at separating the winners from the rest.

Without it, being creative can be a problem.

How I shifted from a 12-hour workday into 90 Minutes:

- After three years of sales, I became interested in marketing.

- Without any marketing background, I started by intuition, just doing things.

- At first, I was on my own and tried a couple of things that did not work.

- After that got interested in real estate marketing.

- So, I offered to work with two small agencies based on commissions, and they agreed.

- In the following months, spending 12 hours every single day

✅ making content
✅ interacting with clients
✅ growing social media platforms

✔️ After about a year or so, I decided that I wanted to spend only 90 minutes a day working.

✴️ So, what did I do then?

- I started with a plan that looked something like this:

1. Working for only 90 minutes a day, 3 sessions of 30 minutes each. (based on engagement)

2. Giving priority to specific platforms at a specific time.

3. Following a content calendar.

4. Creating a clipboard for instant responses.

5. Having ready-to-send templates on hand.

6. Having ready-to-use templates for content.

6. Organizing listings for keywords.

7. Continuously improving every single day.

✴️ And the results were:

✅ Selling one property every 15 days.
✅ Steady growth on every platform.
✅ Gaining recognition in the market after 18 months.
✅ Reaching a peak at the end of 2022, with 5 properties sold in a week.

- That was perhaps one of the best decisions I had ever made.

🔽 Understanding the process
🔽 simplifying it
🔽 letting go of what's not important
🔽 focusing on what truly matters

- It changed everything for me.

How about you? How do you manage your time and productivity?

After 3 years in sales, between success and failure, I started marketing, and here's what I have learned:

- After COVID-19 hit, I have seen more and more people preferring to buy their needs online.

- so I made the decision immediately to be involved in marketing.

- After about four months of trying different things, which I failed in every single one.

- I started in real estate marketing, and immediately it felt right.

✅ After doing this for about three years, here are the top lessons I have Learned:

1. Always try new ways of content and copies to cater to the audience.
- Some might work and others might not. Take the ones that worked and build on them.

2. Having a presence on many different platforms and being creative with segmentation really pays off.

- examples:

✔️ WhatsApp groups
✔️ WhatsApp business conversations
✔️ Telegram channels
✔️ Facebook page and groups..etc.

3. I have contacted thousands of people in various ways. Inbound is always better.

- process:

🔸Create valuable content
🔸engage with your audience
🔸provide valuable information
🔸move them through your funnel

4. Respond to every single message at any time literally, where catering for their urgencies with valuable information would build that bridge of trust.

5. After about 18 months of testing and engaging with many different people, we are recognized, and here's where the credibility that we created came into hand, and we were able to build upon this.

- People are fixated on getting results as fast as possible

- but I have learned and observed that the most successful individuals possess the patience to wait, learn, and provide real value.

- Marketing demands patience; even when you believe you've cracked the code.

✖️ There is no punchline, just:

✴️ Don't fixate on numbers.
✴️ Real value needs time.
✴️ Don't get high on your own supply.

THAT'S IT!

Working in sales for about 3 years, between successes and failures, here's what I learned:

- for many of us sales is a great start, and as a career choice that has its positives and negatives.

- but because most people got stuck on the same process, the need for guidelines that help us is absolutely necessary.

✔️so here are the top five lessons I learned:

✅ 1. you might be the most talented salesperson, but constant improvement is a must.

✅ 2. don't try to push the sale, learn the benefits and always keep yourself up to date.

✅ 3. we all have fallen in the pitfalls of comfort, but we have to keep learning and adjusting.

✅ 4. don't expect anyone to listen to you if you are not a role model.

✅ 5. always try new things, and play the numbers game.

✖️ these lessons comes from mistakes i've done and see other do as will:

❌ 1. getting high on your own supply, where you'd think you are the best in the field and you don't want to learn anything.

❌ 2. Being a control freak when, in fact, many times you have to accept and adapt.

❌ 3. Ignoring problems when they are lurking.

- Because of the nature of working in sales and this direct contact with people, there are no clear rules about it.

However, I would say being more self-aware, having a drive to learn, and appreciating what other people have to offer would help you go beyond anything you've seen possible.
