NEW TIKTOK: @luxuryuncensored Wow... imagine being 160k followers away from 1 million on TikTok, then getting restricted by TikTok to not be able to post. There are so many TikTok accounts that just reupload our vids and pretend to be us, and gain hundreds of thousands of followers, yet our own account gets banned. 'ImJayStation, no one is trying to delete your channel. You were copyright striked because you downloaded our video, and pasted you and your partner over me and my partner in the corner.
You stole footage that wasn't yours, and claimed it was yours, and proceeded to mock us over our footage. We have spoken to our network, our attorney, and YouTube in depth about this situation, and all parties have agreed that the way you have been stealing our footage is a way that infringes our copyright. This is not a false strike.
You were not copyright striked for 'stealing an idea'. You were striked because you downloaded our video/art, and pasted yourself in the corner over us, not acknowledging that the material was not yours.
Instead of sending us an email, you proceeded to make a video claiming we are trying to delete you. This is not the case, and we are very confused as to why you did not just give us credit for using our footage, instead of claiming the footage as your own, pasting yourself over us, and mocking us while you did this.
If you would like the strike removed, we would be more than happy to once you reference the footage you used is originally from our channel. Feel free to send me an email or DM me on instagram and we can proceed.
If you do not wish to solve this that way, then we will wait to be served.'
If you guys don't feel like reading that comment, essentially what ImJayStation did was download our video/original material and artwork, and pasted him and his friend over us, claiming the material as his own, while mocking us in the process for some reason.
The strike is not false as ImJayStation claims. It is completely valid, and the fact that he proceeded to make a video about it instead of reaching out to us, or asking to use our footage is absurd.
Please do not send any 'hate' to his channel; that is not the intention of this post.
To ImJayStation: you know what you did was wrong, and I suggest you read up on copyright law before heading to court.

We have become aware that the YouTuber 'ImJayStation' has made a video on us, claiming that we are trying to illegally terminate his channel.
This is a lie, and we are confused as to why he has resorted to this.
The following is a comment we posted on his new video, which for some reason, keeps getting deleted before anyone can see it:
