​The backstory:

During our Kundalini Q&A Sessions (Most Mondays @ 2PM EST),

We sit for 5 minutes together in meditation.

People report having transformative, healing energetic experiences:

Emotional releases, spontaneous movements, deep meditations and samadhi, energy surges, and more.

Recently, I was meditating on my couch in front of my badass Kali statue.

She nudged me to create a container for more Shakti to flow.

And Shakti Hour was born.

Here's how it will work. It's simple.

Join and open for giving and receiving a shared transmission of Shakti energy.

It will support our Kundalini awakening transformations.

This is not a shaktipat event where just one person is offering the transmission.

This is about a shared Shakti field we are cultivating together.

Mics turned off. Cameras on or off, as you prefer. Chat open. Recording off. Use an alias if you like. Arrive late or leave early, as needed.

There may be some devotional music to the Divine Feminine playing. Mute, if you like.

Meditate, chant, sing, stretch, cry, laugh, dance, move, or do whatever else you want.

Just simply join us in this experiment, and we'll see what happens.
