I'm Sharon C, musical director of Sleep Vibrations Joy 💕

My colleagues and I started this channel because we wanted to find high quality ambient sleep music & meditation music that wasn’t AI-generated, cheesy elevator music. So we started making it!

Many music channels in the sleep/meditation segment seem to be controlled by a couple corporations with different names — we see the same generic comments everywhere.

Finally, we investigated the amount of energy used to produce unnecessary, distracting visuals for sleep & meditation videos. It’s cray-cray 💥

We use our own human ears, hands, & creativity to create what we were looking for: eco-friendly, ambient soundscapes.
