Lyrics are never AI written and not all aspects are AI. Jolisa is a digital alter ego blending human imagination and AI to complete production of the songs written by a human; songs that otherwise would never see the light of day.

Music is created to inspire emotion, connection, reflection and conversation. My belief is regardless of what tools help bring songs to life, great music comes from its ability to resonate with a person.

Every song I release is built from original songwriting. I use modern production tools, creative direction and visual storytelling to help to bring these stories to life. Some songs are based on true life events of myself, others and some are based on my imagination.

My music often revolves around Dark folk/blues/rock with a slight country twang, rooted in heartbreak, betrayal, late-night confessions, working-class and cinematic storytelling.
