To get Results Faster in Front lever and Planche…

Here’s the workout split I used:

🗓️Day 1: Front Lever Skill Work + Planche/Push Basics

🗓️Day 2: Rest

🗓️Day 3: Planche Skill Work + Front Lever/Pull Basics

🗓️Day 4: Core Work/Body Awareness/Mobility

🗓️Day 5: Rest

🔁Repeat from Day 1.

This split allowed me to:
1️⃣ Recover properly between sessions
2️⃣ Give structure to my workouts
3️⃣ Work on 2 skills at the same time
4️⃣ Still get enough stimulus to improve

👉Like this post if you want to know more on this and I will make sure to give you something valuable in a video.

Where do you get stuck in calisthenics?

Are injuries really the worst that can happen to us?

When we get injured, we are overwhelmed with a bunch of emotion…

Frustration, fear, worry, anger…
These are all normal feelings, we are human.

But here’s the thing:
While it feels like the end of the world in the moment… is it really?

When I was out for months with a spine injury I was forced to slow down and learn.
It changed everything.

Because the truth is — every injury can also be an opportunity.
You learn how to heal, you gain knowledge from physiotherapists, you focus more on building the stability and the foundation.

And when it’s time… you come back stronger.💪

⏳The time needed to learn the Full Front Lever from ZERO…

Beginner — 9-18 months
Intermediate — 6-12 months
Advanced — 4-10 months

For context:

Beginner: Can do ~3-5 pull ups or ~15 bodyweight rows

Intermediate: Can do ~10-12 pull ups, solid core strength (e.g.:30-40 secs hollow body hold)

Advanced: Already training skills or has at least tried Front Lever progressions

Same as planche, there is a range in each category — many variables affect progress.

It took me about 1.5 years to achieve a 10 seconds clean one.

The Touch Front Lever you see on the picture?📷
Well, that was 3+ years.

The Full Front Lever is a great skill to start working on.

⏳The time needed to learn the Full Planche from ZERO…

Beginner — 18-36 months
Intermediate — 12-24 months
Advanced — 6-18 months

For context:

Beginner: Can do ~5 dips or ~10 push ups

Intermediate: Can do ~20 dips, ~30-40 push ups

Advanced: already training skills or has at least tried a few.

There is a range in each category because many variables affect progress — take this as general information.

It took me about 2 years to reach the form you see in the picture.📷

No proper guidance, just worked out and learned along the way.

With a coach, the progress can be faster of course.
But back then the coach was pretty much the community.

I am glad that calisthenics is getting more popular 🙌

How much time do you have for a workout?

They say you need Discipline to work out...
That’s only half the truth.

We are not robots! 🤖
Even the most disciplined people have days they don’t feel like training.

Sometimes, it’s a new song or a cool video that sparks the thought:
“I need to try this. Let’s go.”
That’s Motivation — and it matters.

Discipline keeps you going...
But Motivation can help you start 🚀.

When you don’t feel like training, you have 4 choices:

1. Just get up and train🏋️‍♂️ (Builds serious Willpower💪)
2. Stay on the couch and scroll 📱 (You know how that ends.)
3. Do something else productive 🧠. (Also a Win.)
4. Watch/listen to something that fires you up 🔥 — then move. (Motivation can help.)

You are Human.
Use both.

Discipline is the engine...
Motivation is the spark!✨

I had to reflect — maybe you do too.

I am sure you also have something in your life where you give it your all.

For me, it was YouTube Shorts — 52 uploads in 90 days.
Stayed consistent.
I was all in — planning, recording, editing, improving.🎬📷

But lately, I’ve felt tired.
Not the “I need a rest day” kind of tired.
The deeper kind that says:

“You are out of alignment.”

Shorts started pulling energy away from the bigger picture I had envisioned.

And I want to build something meaningful — something that lasts.

So I am stepping back from the “need” to post Shorts regularly.

Not quitting — just making space.
To refocus.
To realign with my goals.🎯

The main message👇
If you’ve been pushing non-stop…
It is okay to pause.
Sometimes, stepping back is the next step forward.

Looking forward to the next chapter👀
