Respirare Meditations

Hello and welcome! 🌿

Respirare Meditations was born from my own healing journey. Reading inspired words, listening to wise spiritual voices, and expressing that wisdom through music and video has been deeply cathartic for me. Perhaps they will help you too.

My faith in Christ is the foundation of my spiritual life, but you'll also find my perspective is contemplative, personal, and rooted in the Christian mystical tradition. I believe God is still active, miracles are real, and life is filled with mystery and wonder. I believe wisdom can be found in many traditions, and I share voices that have and continue to inspire my own journey. My videos and meditations are shaped by my own experiences, questions, and insights. They are not presented as doctrine.

Respirare Meditations

Hello, friends. 👋🏼

It's been quite some time since I last posted here.

Life has a way of taking us on unexpected journeys. Sometimes those journeys are quiet, deeply personal, and difficult to put into words. Mine has been one of reflection, healing, questioning, and reconciliation. But in reality, the journey continues.

Respirare Meditations was always created from that place—not because I had found all the answers, but because I've been walking the path alongside you.

Today, I'd like to share something I've never shared before.

It is the most personal thing I have ever written.

If you choose to read it, I hope it offers reassurance to anyone who has ever questioned, grieved, struggled, or wondered where God was in the midst of suffering.

You can read it by following the link below. My posts are free to read. I plan to add exclusive content at a later time, when I've had more time to build the space.

Thank you for being here.

My personal adaptation of Job 19:25–27 (KJV):

For I know that my Redeemer lives,
and that He shall stand upon the earth in the last days.

And though in death my flesh decays and is destroyed,
yet in my flesh I shall see God.

Whom I shall see for myself,
and my own eyes shall behold—not another.

Though my heart be consumed within me.

Respirare Meditations

Even in tragedy, God’s love redeems what evil intends for harm...

This channel is founded on the knowing that every person walking this earth is connected to a divine, universal consciousness—bestowed with life and free will by a benevolent Creator.

In our small way, Respirare Meditations offers words to inspire, encourage, and guide you in finding your earthly purpose and reconnecting to your higher self and to the love of God, the Divine Creator.

In Christianity, and some other traditions, life is a joint gift: existence itself and the freedom to choose. With that freedom comes the possibility of falling many times—and also the grace of redemption. The great success at the end of life’s journey is to have chosen, freely, to ascend into divine love and consciousness.

Murder is abhorrent to this love, and its shock ripples through the universal consciousness. It revokes not only the gift of life but also the sacred gift of free will. Evil—dark forces, satan—has always stood against freedom. His aim is to coerce, to strip away choice, to enslave, and ultimately to destroy. This is why every system that denies free will—whether in government, religion, or social life—is out of alignment with God. It is not about the absence of law, rules, or guidance, but the absence of choice.

God does not force Himself upon us. In prayer, meditation, even in manifestation, we must open, we must ask, we must reach out. When we call, He comes.

The events of this past week—the murder of Charlie Kirk—have shifted the universal consciousness. Yet what the adversary (the embodiment of death and absence of free will) intends for evil, God can turn for good.

We pray for healing—for Charlie’s family, for the family of the man who murdered him, for the murderer himself, and for the world.

May we live joyously, love unfailingly, and ascend in consciousness to our innate divinity.

Friends—
A little life update: I originally planned to launch this 21-day spiritual fast this past Monday. But, as life would have it, I needed to pause and regroup. One thing I’ve learned through many seasons: this journey isn’t about perfect timing or flawless follow-through. It’s about showing up when you’re called—again and again—until what was placed on your heart is fulfilled.

In addition to my personal call to spiritually fast, I felt led to offer something for others seeking deeper connection with the Divine. So today, I’m sharing what I’ve prepared to guide you through the first 7 days:

âś… A printable journal
âś… Daily reflections
âś… A grounding meditation

Whether you’re just beginning, or starting over—begin again with me.

🌿 21-Day Spiritual Fast for Clarity Begins Today 🌿
Dear friends,

Lately, I’ve felt a deep personal calling to fast—to quiet the noise and reconnect with divine counsel. At times I've felt the spirit of striving, and pleading for clarity… and during these times felt I’ve been met with silence.
Have you ever felt the same?

If this resonates with you, I invite you to join me on a 21-day spiritual fast starting today. What began as a private call has grown into something meant for more than just me—perhaps for you, too.

This fast isn’t about deprivation—it’s about realignment. Reconnection. Spiritual clarity. And it includes simple practices in four areas:

✨ Dietary:
Daily fasting window (18 hours) from your last evening meal to mid-afternoon the next day (e.g., 8 PM to 2 PM).
Light teas or black coffee (unsweetened) are allowed during the fast. Natural, whole foods are encouraged when breaking the fast.

✨ Mental:
Fast from negative sensory inputs. Ask yourself: does this stir anger, envy, fear, judgment, violence, lust, or bitterness? Instead, feed your mind with what is uplifting, peaceful, and spiritually nourishing.

✨ Physical:
Engage in 30 minutes of gentle movement daily—stretching, walking, or mindful motion to restore your connection with your body.

✨ Spiritual:
Each day, I’ll provide a reflection, affirmation, and meditation to support your journey inward—toward divine clarity and connection.

Because of how quickly this came together, full resources will be posted daily. But don’t wait to begin. Start today with the guidance above. 💫

Let's walk this path together.

Respirare Meditations

I just posted my first short with my own voice. It is a short medieval positive affirmation. It has been my desire to post my guided meditations for some time, but there have been challenges in my own 3D reality. Many - no all - of the topics and themes explored on this channel have been "issues" (some past, some present) I have encountered in my own life, and have therefore been inspired to share these bits of inspiration, reflection, and wisdom with you. I hope the newest short benefits you positively in some way! The extended guided meditations will be coming soon. Stay tuned!

"Faith is taking the first step even when you don’t see the whole staircase." — Martin Luther King Jr. It takes courage to move forward in life, especially because most often the path ahead is unclear. Faith isn't about having all the answers —it's about trusting and believing that the next step will reveal itself as we take it. Many times we don't act because we want certainty, or we want to know how something we desire will come into our reality. But true growth, and therefore change, happens when we take action despite "not knowing." What if seeing the full staircase had the opposite effect of what we desire? Would it overwhelm us - that we give up before we even start? The act of faith not only builds resilience, but also opens doors to the many blessings and opportunities we couldn't possibly foresee.

Consider an area of your life where you’ve been hesitant to take action because you’re unsure of the outcome. What might the first step look like, even if the full staircase isn’t visible yet? Write about how faith could empower you to move forward.
