We did it - we are officially TAX-EXEMPT!

I want to share something quietly and with gratitude.

After a season of patient work, prayer, and careful stewardship, Lynette Janine Ministries has received its IRS determination letter and is now a federally recognized, unincorporated, tax-exempt ministerial association (whew - that was a mouthful and that federally recognized title is deliberate -more on that later).

I’m sharing this not as an announcement, but as a testimony of ORDER.

For me, establishing tax-exempt status was never about a title—it was about strategy and stewardship. Scripture reminds us in Ecclesiastes 4:12 that “a three-fold cord is not easily broken.” Order strengthens what is meant to last.

Cord 1: Lynette Janine, LLC (public corporation)

Cord 2: Lynette Janine Ministries (public ministry)

Cord 3: an irrevocable trust (private trust)

We are playing a real-life monopoly game - and there are already systems in place. Stewardship doesn’t mean rejecting those systems—it means understanding them well enough to move through them lawfully, peacefully, and without unnecessary burden. We aren’t hiding anything. We aren’t avoiding responsibility. We are choosing wisdom, structure, and alignment.

When things are set up correctly and in order, there is less friction, greater protection, and more room to serve, give, and build abundantly—without fear.

This ministry has never been about me. It exists because of us—a community that values growth, responsibility, and honoring God’s Laws through lawful action.

I want to thank you for your patience and trust as we move into application this year. The last several years we learned about the power of our prophetic alpha mind and how the brain and bible are connected, but now it’s time to apply what we learned to every day life scenarios.

We are building Kingdom Prosperity.

Just popping onto your timeline to wish each and every one of you a deeply blessed and prosperous 2026.

I know I’ve been a little quiet lately, and I want to lovingly share something with you from both my heart and a place of spiritual wisdom.

When I go quiet, it’s never because something is wrong. It usually means I’m working on something big, intentional, and expansive behind the scenes. Silence is often a sign of creation, not concern.

Over these past weeks, I’ve been deeply immersed in redesigning the website, building the full Kingdom Law School curriculum, continuing my Doctor of Divinity coursework — becoming an ordained metaphysical minister (to officiate weddings, funerals, and baptisms), and structuring the ministry to move into tax-exempt status and future grant funding. Every quiet moment has been purposeful — and for you.

I’ve received a few sweet “Are you okay? I haven’t heard from you” messages, and I truly appreciate the care behind them 🤍

And it also reminds me of something Scripture teaches us so gently: “Love believes all things, hopes all things.” Love doesn’t rush to concern — it assumes the best.

Not hearing from someone doesn’t mean something is wrong. Sometimes it simply means something great is being prepared.

So going forward, I invite you to assume this:

If I’m quiet, I’m building.
If I’m silent, I’m stewarding something larger.
If I step back, it’s only to step forward with more.

Your job is to return back to The Truth. Over and over and over again.

What is The Truth?
The Truth is that you are ONE with the Father.

When you fully recognize The Truth, your conscious mind or left-brain hemisphere will finally take a back seat and allow the indwelling Christ (your perfected subconscious mind which is housed in the right-brain hemisphere) to take over. In other words, you start allowing the subconscious mind to lead.

It is the subconscious mind that has direct access to the superconscious mind or Infinite Intelligence or God. The conscious mind does not have access!

Your job is to surrender more - you are surrendering all human effort. Your intellect is TOO LOUD. Your conscious mind is TOO LOUD. Your mouth is TOO LOUD. Your left-brain hemisphere that is controlled by your 5 physical senses are TOO LOUD. Your nervous system is overstimulated.

God cannot work IN you when you are overcome by too much desire.
God does not want for anything. Do you not understand this?

The Truth is always: You are One and the same as the Father.

And if you are ONE and the SAME as God, then you, too, shall not want for anything for you ARE everything.

This isn't an intellectual understanding. It is a profound recognition that can only be personally understood when you've reached your lowest prophetic alpha brainwave frequency state. It is in the stillness that you recognize your omni-identity.

Wooo—Weeee!
On a collective level, these end-of-year energetic shifts have been intense—and deeply purposeful. This message is not for everyone. It’s for the initiated. You’ll recognize yourself as you read.

Since Thanksgiving, I’ve been entering my prophetic alpha state with much greater frequency—not to escape what’s happening, but to understand it. To perceive the why beneath the surface.

And if you feel like you’re “losing your mind”…
It’s because, in a very real sense, you are.

For nearly a decade, many of you have been holding onto crystallized thought patterns—mental and emotional structures that have hardened through repetition. These are recurring issues that refuse to resolve themselves, no matter how many affirmations you’ve spoken, prayers you’ve prayed, or techniques you’ve tried.

These aren’t trivial matters.
They are core themes in your life—relationships, identity, provision, belonging, purpose.

But here is the good news: a breakthrough is imminent.

What has felt “stuck” is not you being penalized for not doing something "right" — it is being dissolved. And yes, for many of you, 2026 marks a turning point, especially in the area of relationships.

But this season is asking something of you.

Not through effort — but through depth.
Not through striving— but through stillness.
Not with more manifesting techniques— but with deeper contact.


This is Your Invitation Right Now

You are being called to master the withdrawal of the five physical senses.

Most teachers only teach one way to meditate.
I teach TWO—and I advocate using both, intentionally.


1. Control Meditation (Upper Alpha)

This is where you consciously work WITH the human mind.

It includes:

- Thought-pattern programming
- Affirmations and inner dialogue
- Visualization and mental imagery
- NLP, cognitive restructuring, positive suggestion

This is what I refer to as the Upper Alpha Brainwave State (approximately 8–12 Hz).

You already enter this state naturally—while washing dishes, going on a prayer walk, driving long distances, or praying aloud. Thought becomes passive. Imagination becomes active. You are consciously directing inner imagery and language. This is where many people “talk to God.”

It’s powerful—and necessary.


2. Contact Meditation (Lowest Alpha / Alpha-Theta Border)

This is where you stop doing—and simply are.

This state rests around 7–8 Hz, and is what I call the "sweet spot".
It is the gateway to God-consciousness.

Here:

- No thinking occurs, there is no operation of thought!
- No imagining
- No desiring
- No wanting
- No asking

There is only recognition.
Recognition of Oneness with the Father.

In this state, you are not praying TO God—you are making conscious contact with God.

And here’s what happens when you do:

Within the personal subconscious, crystallized thought patterns begin to fracture. They lose coherence. They soften. They dissolve.

If you’ve studied Neville Goddard, José Silva, New Thought, Christian Science, or metaphysical Christianity, you already understand the significance of the lowest alpha state.

This is what is being asked of you now.

The more frequently you make contact, the more your nervous system recalibrates. The subconscious responds immediately. Not because you’re forcing change—but because you’re returning to The Truth. The body and mind goes back to homeostasis.

You are not learning how to visualize.
You are learning who is seeing.

The stillness of the inner mind—the place that touches God—is your Aladdin’s lamp. And in this season, you are being invited to 10X your stillness.

For the remainder of December, use every available moment to deliberately enter your lowest alpha state. Not to fix your life—but to align with the Mind that creates it.

This is not about forcing outcomes or fantasizing futures.
This is about participating in the same creative process God uses.

God first sees an idea within Himself, then expresses it into form.
Because you are made in His image, you create the same way.

"Be still and know that I am God." - Psalm 46:10

The problem with those that try to visualize is that they focus on physical outcomes. For now, do not focus on outcomes.

I want you to focus on feeling RELIEF.

A Prayer for Stillness & Contact

Heavenly Father,
I withdraw my attention from the outer world and return to You.
I quiet my senses and rest in the stillness of Your Presence within me.

I release old patterns that no longer serve the Truth of who I am.
I do not strive, imagine, or force—I simply recognize.
I recognize my oneness with You.

Renew my mind at the deepest level.
Dissolve what has hardened.
Restore what has been delayed.

I trust that You are expressing through me with perfect wisdom,
choosing the path of least resistance,
and unfolding my life in divine order and right timing.

I rest.
I receive.
I am still—and I know that You are God.

Amen.


p.s. Many of you will notice that old memories are making its way back to the surface - memories you thought you buried long ago. Let them come to the surface of your mind. Don't judge them, and don't marinate in them either. All you have to do is recognize it, and immediately ask God to neutralize/nullify those emotions. These are the remnants of those stubborn crystalized thought patterns

Chapter 1 | Lesson 11
Title: BIRTHDATE vs birthday

As we move closer to 2026, it becomes increasingly important that you begin the process of unyoking yourself from the PUBLIC ESTATE NAME. This is foundational to everything we are building together.

I am always careful to distinguish the living woman — Lynette Janine Davis — from the corporate ESTATE created by the State — LYNETTE J. DAVIS.

These names look and sound similar, but they function in two different jurisdictions.

This is where confusion has lived all your life.

The living and the ESTATE cannot be merged.
You are the living woman or man.
The ESTATE is an artificial, commercial entity.


Why This Matters:

In the commercial realm,

- ALL CAPITAL LETTERS signal a corporate, artificial, or deceased entity
- DATE OF BIRTH (DOB) refers to the creation or registration of that entity

Living men and women do not have DOBs.
The living have birthdays.

This is why we do not abbreviate or capitalize our living names, we do not list zip codes, and we do not reference “DOB” when speaking of ourselves as the living.


A Rule to Remember:

The word “ESTATE” always follows the PUBLIC NAME when operating commercially.

In commercial matters, only the middle initial is used.
Never use your full Christian middle name in the PUBLIC realm.

Your task now is to begin disjoining the two identities.


Example of How I Separate Them (study them carefully):

September 28, 1974
1234 Maple Syrup Lane
Austin, Texas

NAME: LYNETTE J. DAVIS ESTATE
DOB: 10/05/1974
ADDRESS:
6001 W PARMER LN STE 370
AUSTIN, TX 78727


Notice the difference:

My birthday (the living) is September 28, 1974.

The ESTATE has a different BIRTHDATE, based on the State registration date listed on the birth certificate.

The registration date is the actual DATE OF BIRTH for the ESTATE.

The living has a birthday.
The ESTATE has a birthDATE.


Your Assignment:

You will now begin operating with two addresses:

1 ] Home Address — Private use only

2 ] Virtual Mailbox — Public / Commercial use only

For the past five years, I have used PostScanMail, which allows multiple entities under one mailbox.


I use my virtual mailbox for:

- LYNETTE J. DAVIS ESTATE
- Lynette Janine Ministries International
- Lynette Janine, LLC

If you cannot set this up yet, simply put it on your Priority To-Do List and return to it when you are able. There is no pressure. We move with clarity and intention, not fear or hurry.


The Purpose:

The purpose is unyoking — gently, lawfully, intentionally. You are distinguishing: the one who lives, from the entity that functions in commerce. This is a process of coming into right alignment with who you truly are.

Take your time. Do it correctly. I’m walking with you every step 🎂

Chapter 1 | Lesson 10
Title: You Have Superior Claim

Here is a real life example:

My mother passed in 2021.
Because she is deceased, her Estate must be handled by someone living. My mother appointed my oldest brother, Jed, to be the Executor of her Estate. He must handle all the fiduciary duties.

My mother has three children: Jed, Thomas, and Lynette. We are all the beneficiaries of her Estate.
But Jed is both the Executor (the appointed administrator) and the beneficiary.

In Estate / Probate law, this is lawful. Someone can be both executor and beneficiary of an estate.


Now, let's look at my family example within the overall legal system:

The State presumes YOU (the living man or woman) are:

- Missing
- Dead
- mentally incompetent
- a ward of the state (a child or an incapacitated adult)

But this is only a presumption, a hypothesis, a premise, an assumption, a guess.

So the State steps in and takes the role of executor AND beneficiary of your ESTATE which again, has hundreds of millions in it (btw, I will always capitalize your estate name in my teachings).

This is only allowed because you have not come forward to claim your position.

Just like:
If my mother had not died — but everyone thought she did — Jed would still start administering the estate.

But if my mother walked into the probate court alive, she would simply say:

“I am here. I’m alive. Therefore, I am the rightful authority over my estate. SHUT THIS COURT DOWN NOW.”

At that moment, Jed must step down, because the one with superior claim has appeared.

Likewise, when you rebut all presumptions that you are dead or mentally incompetent, you will shut everyone down. You must step forward and correct the record. You must say, "I am alive. I am not dead. I am not a debtor. I am the living beneficiary of this ESTATE. I am the Executor of this ESTATE. And I am financially capable of handling my own financial affairs now."

Until then, you are admitting that you are dead and incapable of handling your own financial affairs.

House Joint Resolution 192 - Public Law 73-10 says that ALL DEBTS ARE PREPAID.

Everything in the world is PREPAID.
You are supposed to be saving your receipts of everything you buy and getting reimbursed by the US Treasury! You are supposed to be assessing your bills and authorizing the US Treasury to settle your debts and zero out the account.

That's why it's called a TAX RETURN.
The taxes are YOURS!

Everything is YOURS.

You. Are. The. True. Creditor.

YOU ARE THE MONEY.

Title: You Are a Trust Fund Baby

Your birth certificate bond is worth HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS, if not BILLIONS (the older you are, the more your birth certificate bond is worth). Your birth certificate is a security instrument which is why it is on bond paper and why many states put a restriction on how many you can request. To be honest, it's worth more than millions or billions because you are LIMITLESS.

You are a legitimate Trust Fund baby.

BUT YOU ARE NOT SEEING CLEARLY.

This entire planet and its commercial fiat-currency system is a gigantic trust controlled by the DTCC at 55 Water Street in New York. When the birth certificate is signed, all of the people on the planet were turned into economic slaves of this trust with the international social security registration.

We have no true government anymore. Every fake governmental agency are for-profit corporations, and that is why they are "charging" you. ....but they are not charging you, the living man or woman. They are charging your ESTATE. Your ESTATE is the debtor. Your ESTATE was created through the registration of your birth certificate.

But this is what you never knew:
You, the living man or woman, are both the EXECUTOR of your estate, and the living BENEFICIARY of a trust that the state set up on your behalf. And only you can "discharge" the debt to settle the account back to zero.

And this is what you also never knew:
The state has convinced you that you are the TRUSTEE, the one responsible for paying the debts. You are not the trustee! THEY ARE. You are the beneficiary! The state, the courts, the corporations, and the banks have convinced you since birth that you are the responsible party. They switched roles inside the trust because they want to be the beneficiary. They trick you into being the trustee with their clever legalese and scary tactics. They get you to SAY / DO / and BE the debtor.

And you submitted.


If you are a Game of Thrones fan, you will easily see the relationship here:

While growing up Jon Snow believed he was an illegitimate son and an outsider to his own family. He was treated poorly by his stepmother. This belief created a sense of shame and a feeling of being less than his true-born siblings, even though he was loved by his "father" and received a noble education and training. His last name "Snow" was a surname given to bastard children.

But the truth?

Jon Snow's real name was Aegon Targaryen, which means he was the legitimate and rightful heir to an entire Kingdom.

This analogy applies to you.

You are ONE and the same as God.
Therefore, if God forgives debts, then you shall forgive debts.

What that means is that ALL debt belongs to them. ALL debt belongs to the federal government, the states, the banks, the corporations, and the court system.

When you fully recognize who you are, you must forgive their debts that they keep trying to transfer onto you.

The United States went bankrupt, not you.
They are secretly trying to get you to pay their debts that they owe.

Listen to me very carefully:
You are not at war with anyone or anything.
You have no enemies.
You have no adversaries.
You have no foes.
You have no opponents.
You have no rivals.
No one is trying to take anything from you.

TransUnion/Equifax/Experian is not your enemy.
The court system is not your opponent.
The cop who arrested you is not your foe.
The bank who foreclosed on your home is not your rival.
The IRS is not your arch-nemesis.
The lender who repossessed your vehicle is not your adversary.

GOD HAS NO OPPOSITION.
