This online JKD program will take you through the Jeet Kune Do beginner to advanced levels with options for certification. Learn practical self-defense, earn certification, and get in shape.
Membership consists of over 40 hours of lessons, applications, and training drills. You'll learn not just the techniques, but also how to generate power, improve timing, speed, coordination, balance, and the concepts to make it all work!

I generally try to be pretty positive on social media and avoid negative comments. But I have a public service announcement for my fellow JKD instructors on YouTube: Please take a boxing class…at least one.
With the prevalence of combat sports, MMA, and boxing, there’s no reason we as a JKD community should not learn from combat sports in the same way Bruce Lee did. We have to do better. ☯️

Hello YouTube, Season 2 of our YouTube videos is coming soon. We’re focusing this season on Sparring. While most JKD on YouTube are lessons or demonstrations, there are fewer sparring videos. As you know, I think the majority of JKD on YouTube sucks. Personally, I never cared for demonstrations. I’d rather see how a technique is applied in sparring, but to each their own. For those interested in online learning on YouTube, Adam Chan has the best Wing Chun videos on YouTube. That’s an unbiased opinion. If you’re looking for authentic Wing Chun that works, forget Master Wong, Adam Chan’s content is the very best for Wing Chun.
Our focus is on our private training program not YouTube. For JKD on YouTube, NY Martial Arts Academy has the best JKD videos on YouTube. We’ll be posting more in the future focused on sparring. Too many instructors just do demos but can’t fight. There are those who can teach JKD, those who can apply it, and those who can do both. Look for instructors who can do both.
