These days, I’m really working on myself — my body, my weight, my overall health, and especially balancing my hormones. I’ve started understanding that true wellness is not just about how we look, but how we feel every single day — inside and out.
Swimming has become my therapy. When I’m in the water, I feel free, calm, and completely present. It’s helping me heal mentally, physically, and emotionally. Along with that, my daily yoga practice keeps me grounded. During yoga, I consciously stay away from my phone and any distractions, because I want to give that time fully to myself — to my breath, my body, and my inner peace.
I’ve also started feeling a strong desire to explore more physical activities. Not out of pressure, but out of love for movement and growth. I want to try new things, challenge my body, and keep evolving in a way that feels natural and joyful.
You’ll slowly see more of this journey in my life and here as well — more movement, more learning, more real moments. This is me choosing a healthier, stronger, and more mindful life… one step, one breath, one practice at a time 🤍🌊🏊♀️🧘♀️🏖️🪂🌼🤿✨🪂
