Reseated all my ram and GPU, PC boots without angery motherboard sounds and lights and I can log in and get to my Home Screen but then I lose display port signal and end up here

Well I’m tired on working on this for 2 hours. Time to sleep on this. Tried reseating ram and all but motherboard still giving me 3 beeps. Also can’t get to safe mode. Tried the system restore and uninstalling newest windows update. My guess is the GPU crashed and corrupted something.
