We shouldn’t be telling ourselves that courage is some kind of a gift few of us received and others didn’t. We should be trying more things in order to become more courageous!
I love those “guideposts” that are helping us to achieve extraordinary results. Not the big changes, but the small steps will take us toward our destination.
The more things I try, the more I agree. It’s like a proof of concept. Once you try it, you prove to yourself that you can do it hence you gain the confidence.
I never really followed that advice. I was always the first one to quit, even before the obstacles arrived. I always wanted myself out of equation - simply because I was too scared. Scared of not being able to face the challenges. This is a reminder for myself! Don’t stop. Don’t quit. Keep going.
