Stay tuned for the upcoming VLOG, my Journey to reach Home during the Pandemic.
COVID-19 has impacted the crew change all over the world.
Signing off/Crew change has been suspended in various ports around the world, on top of that, amended rules and regulations are putting hurdles as well.
We were fortunate enough to travel to our home during the Pandemic, though flying restrictions were eased off a bit, but still I had to fly across the Globe to reach India !!!

Welcome in a Day in my Life on board, where you will have a glimpse of all the activities and my daily routine.
Second mate's watch schedule is little awkward, waking up in the middle of the night for watch and then sleeping around 5 o'clock in the morning. But that's how it is.
" Mental sanity and happiness comes within, if only our mind is at peace.
Working at sea, has brought a sense of discipline and responsibility and the best part is the alone time what a seafarer gets on board.
This has taught me, that how little we need to survive "

Each and every day on board a Ship, is quite different.
We face different kind of weather and challenges/task also differs everyday.
One thing which remain the same(most of the time) is our watch/work schedule.

Good Evening Everybody....
How are you all,
This picture was taken, when we had our last Barbecue on board, kind of Farewell Party.
Most of us were 9+ months already, but still, managing quite well.
At the end of the day, its your positive attitude and determination, that keeps you going. Rest all, are just numbers.
