Global Greetings - so if you had to push me to call out just one stretch to enhance how you feel and improve your walking - it's this one! Just quick - prob. 2 minutes in total ( of course feel free to luxuriate in any of the positions for longer)
You can use a park bench, field fence, kitchen sideboard car bonnet, desk top as your stretching assistant. This is super good for any level of mobility, stretching, fitness ability.

HOW CAN I CHECK I"M WALKING FAST ENOUGH?

More and more research is indicating that HOW we walk, WHERE we walk and the PACE we walk is more important for physiological improvements than our daily step count alone.

In fact recent research from University of Leicester cited in International Journal of Obesity 2021, reported slow walkers were
* 4 X more likely to die of Covid 19 than fast walkers
* 2 X risk of contracting a severe version of the virus
