I love chocolate—so when I found a safe, approved recipe for chocolate cherry jam, I had to try it. 🍒🍫
It’s rich, fruity, and one of the few canning recipes that actually includes chocolate and still meets safety guidelines.
I made mine in the Ball Jam & Jelly Maker, and it turned out amazing!

But I also knew that I needed to preserve them as fast as possible, since they don't last too long. One of the easiest ways to preserve fruit and vegetables is freezing them.
