It's a season not a sentence.
Remember that.
This too will pass. ❤️

Your red flag is the moment you resolve to prove your worth to someone you've put so high up on a pedestal you can't even see what you've done.

You say it's about some guy who left you heartbroken that you can't get over.
You say it's about the regret of what you let go of that you wish you hadn't.
You say it's about you being more attractive or whatever it is you think you need to be more of and less of what you think you're too much of.
Sure, these things can break our hearts wide open and leave us feeling the effects of an open void, nothing compares to something far deeper than any of the surface things that hold our attention, the loss of hope.
Maybe I can't convince you to believe there's still someone out there for you. Maybe I can't convince you that there's another chance still waiting for you just around the corner. And maybe it's still not enough for someone to believe in you and see you for who you are if you can't yet see that on your own.
But there is still something you can do no matter how much you feel like you can't.
You can hope again.
You can take even the tiniest sliver of hope that's still somewhere within you no matter how buried it may be, and you can bring it back again. It doesn't have to be much. It doesn't have to seem like anything. But if it's enough to give you reason to take a look at what might get you out of where you are now and take you somewhere you've never dared to dream of being, that's all it needs to be.
Nothing changes until you do something different. Nothing looks any different until you try something new. Nothing can be any different that it is right now in your world today without you, yes YOU! - doing something, no matter how small, different than you did yesterday.
Take a chance on you for a change, Beautiful. You put so much hope in everyone else, and especially a complete stranger who comes along and sweeps you off your feet, isn't it time you put that hope in someone who can actually live up to all that potential if she just chooses to ... YOU!

I know you miss him.
I know it feels like things will never change and he moves on and you stay right here feeling all of this.
Everything lasts for a season.
Everything feels like it will never change.
Hold on through this part, Girl.
The next season is coming.
This isn't all there is.
And one day not far away from now, things WILL shift and change and show you a new path even if you do nothing because life is always moving, changing, revealing the possibility of what hasn't come yet.
We can do this.
We don't give up yet! ❤️

One day you'll understand what everyone else saw that you couldn't and girl, you'll never go back there again.

Happy New Year to everyone but especially to everyone who's lost hope.
This year is going to be different.
This is the year love finds you, embraces you, breathes new life into you.
Not the love associated with pain the way you're used to. Love capable of being loving - the way it was always meant to be. ❤️

Life changes you know.
And just when you think you've got it nailed down and you can feel safe, it changes again.
The beauty is in the very thing we fight so hard to resist.
We don't want it to change.
Or we want it to change in some other way instead.
Not like this, we say.
Not like this.
Until we see that it had to.
We couldn't keep going on like this.
And so we had to, we needed it to.
Just so you could peer your weary eyes away from what was never going to work.
What you would have kept fighting for
even if you were the last one going round and round again.
You were worth so much more than what you were holding on so tight to keep!

Merry Christmas everyone!
Wherever you are, whatever you're going through, may you know that you are loved.
May you know that you are worthy.
May you know that this, whatever your this is, is temporary and may you know you have the strength, the courage, the fire within you, to survive this season too.
Sending you so much love, my friend! ❤️

It was never you.
It was someone who had to blame you to make themselves okay.
Someone who made you wrong to make themselves right.
Don't shoulder the blame for someone who isn't capable of being there for you.
You deserve to be loved, Beautiful.
In spite of how you've been treated before.
You are loved!
