We should choose the electromagnetic flowmeter according to the parameters to be measured and the working path:
1. Flowmeter caliber: Select according to the flow range or pipe caliber of the measured medium. 2. Accuracy class: Select the accuracy of electromagnetic flow calculation according to the measurement requirements and application occasions. The higher accuracy, the more expensive flowmeter. 3. Electrode material: Select the appropriate electrode material according to the corrosion and pH of the measured medium. Generally choose 316L or Hastelloy metal.
4. Lining material: Choose the appropriate lining material according to the corrosion of the measured medium, the absence of impurities, and the temperature of the medium. Commonly used lining materials are PTFE, PHA, F46.
5. Explosion-proof grades: Choose explosion-proof grades according to the application.
