Clayton County Access Television's mission is to provide information on the operations of local government departments to the citizens of Clayton County, Georgia. CCTV is a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week information service of the Clayton County Board of Commissioners and is a service offered to subscribers of Comcast Cable Channel 23 and ATT-Uverse Channel 99.
