📢New Old World Blues Update 📢

Update 5.1.11

- New Petro Chico Focus Tree
- Lots of new Artwork
- Balance Changes for Technology and some factions
- Added some attrition for urban and hills terrain
- Lots of bugfixes

We might see interesting things regarding the attrition for some countries, Hand Warband will be slightly stronger so potentially they could win vs Lone Star? Technology changes should have big consequences, the scaling late game countries will get their weapons much faster now. It is a small but meaningful update!
