I finally watched the film “Kaede”! Throughout the movie, “Kaede” is sung by various artists, including students choir, and each version expresses its own sadness and beauty. It made me love “Kaede” even more, and I hope to keep exploring its different expressions through my piano playing🍁✨

This Christmas, I wanted to play something with a little grown-up mood, among the many holiday songs, so I chose “Yuki no Christmas” by DREAMS COME TRUE. It’s hard to believe this song was released 35 years ago!
Its English version is titled “Winter Song,” and it was used as the opening theme for the Japanese release of the film Sleepless in Seattle.The movie suddenly came to mind, so I watched it again last night—and it was such a tender, love-filled story!
“Winter Song” has slightly different melodic details and its own unique charm, so I hope to play that version someday as well🎹

I’ve uploaded the full piano cover of Kenshi Yonezu’s “1991,” the theme song for the live-action film “5 Centimeters per Second” (released on Oct10, 2025). 
Ever since I first heard it in the trailer, I’ve wanted to play it, and I spent weekends practicing the difficult parts. I’m truly happy that I was finally able to play it all the way through🩵
