Kind of nervous as I will be chatting with Dr Thomas Lee and Dr Annelise Lai from Resilienz Clinic Singapore. Basically individuals that specialises in this, which is something that i’ve never got the chance to do. I’ll be taking this opportunity as well to learn more.

Ahh totally forgotten to update here but I’ve undergone a surgery on Wednesday ✨ I just got discharged ytd and am now resting and recovering.
