Yesterday, we visited Rei Ville, Hutu, the first African Polo and Golf Resort Estate in Abuja, and the level of progress is impressive.
After its official launch about 10 to 11 months ago and the groundbreaking six months back, the project has moved into full development. Earlier this week, the flag-off for the major access road construction took place. Although I could not attend, I visited today with the billionaire boss to personally assess the progress, and it reinforced one thing; pausing sales months ago was the right strategic decision.
We are now pleased to announce that sales have officially resumed, and you can still secure a spot in this signature project with world-class and state-of-the-art facilities.
With the approval of Abuja Phase Five and a newly planned road running directly in front of the estate, the value of Rei Ville has already appreciated and is positioned for even stronger growth.
Why invest in a Resort Estate like Rei Ville, Hutu, Abuja?
- High capital appreciation due to tourism, recreation, and premium lifestyle demand
- Strong rental income opportunities through luxury short-stays and leisure tourism
- Exclusive resort living with Polo fields, Golf courses, and upscale recreational facilities
- Secure, master-planned environment designed for high-value residents and investors
- Long-term future-proof positioning in Abuja’s fastest-growing corridor
If you want to benefit from the money-making potential of owning a resort property in this landmark development, now is the time to act.
Send me a message to get full details and book an inspection or reach out to 08034445771

Today was one of those days when Heaven seemed to pull back the veil for a moment, just enough for me to see God at work. It was as though every encounter, every word, and every face I saw was intentionally orchestrated to remind me of His faithfulness and the assignment He has placed on my life.
I'll talk about others later but this is one that struck me and I'll love to share.
I arrived at church just as the pastor was rounding up her sermon. She read from Psalm 40:5, and her voice carried with an unusual weight as she read:
“Many, O Lord my God, are the wondrous works which You have done, and Your thoughts toward us cannot be recounted to You in order; if I would declare and speak of them, they are more than can be numbered."
She looked up and said, “Turn to someone beside you and share one of God’s wondrous deeds in your life.”
Almost immediately, a soft wave of chatter filled the church. People turned in pairs and small groups, smiling, laughing, some tearing up as they shared. I stood there quietly, pacing a little, my mind searching for what exactly to say. Then, suddenly, a woman approached me.
She smiled warmly, greeted me, and said, “Sir, I’d like to share something God has done for me.”
Her tone carried both gentleness and depth, the kind that makes you pause. I nodded.
She took a deep breath and began, “I’ve been married for fourteen years… and in those fourteen years, I’ve lost eight children to miscarriages.”
I froze. My eyes widened, and for a moment, I couldn’t even look at her. My heart sank under the weight of her words. But before I could process it, she continued softly, “And… I’ve also had three stillbirths.”
I felt my knees go weak. My head dropped. The noise in the church faded into silence. I could barely find words. Then she smiled, yes, smiled and said, “I don’t look it, do I?”
I looked up at her, still lost for words. And then she said the words that broke me and mended me all at once:
“Today, I have three beautiful children; alive, healthy, and full of life. God has been good to me.”
At that moment, something shifted inside me. Every worry, every quiet frustration, every thought that God was taking too long, all of it melted away. I stood there, overwhelmed by the reality of His faithfulness.
I realized how often we focus on what we’re waiting for, forgetting to marvel at what He’s already done.
Tears welled up in my eyes as I whispered, “Indeed, God is not barren. He is not unfaithful.”
The woman’s story became my sermon for the day. Her testimony reminded me that God’s silence is not His absence. His delays are not denials. And though the journey sometimes feels long, He is always working behind the scenes, weaving beauty out of ashes.
As Ecclesiastes 3:11 says, “He has made everything beautiful in its time.”
So, I don’t know what you might be going through right now. Maybe you’ve been praying and waiting, wondering if Heaven still remembers your name. But I want you to know this: God is still in the business of doing wonders. Look around you. Look within you. Look at what He’s already done.
Don’t lose heart over what’s yet to come. He is faithful to complete what He started.
As I was leaving the church, I whispered a quiet prayer: “Lord, teach me to count Your wondrous deeds and to trust Your perfect timing.”
And I pray the same for you; May this new week be filled with testimonies that remind you just how near and faithful our God truly is.
Wishing you the best of this new week.

A Tribute to Nigeria at 65
O green land cradled in golden light,
Where the Niger and Benue clasp hands in eternal embrace,
Where the sun rises with the promise of dawn,
And the drums of destiny still echo in the wind
Today, you are sixty-five,
Yet ageless in spirit, unbowed in soul.
You have known tempests,
The weight of betrayal,
The sting of silence,
The ache of unfulfilled dreams;
Yet, like the baobab, you stand,
Rooted deep in the soil of resilience,
Crowned in the sky of hope.
Nigeria, mother of myriad tongues,
Your voice is thunder and lullaby,
Your laughter is woven in marketplaces,
Your strength carved in the hands of farmers, builders, dreamers,
And in the heartbeat of children yet to rise.
Yes, your journey has been scarred,
Your garments torn by trials unnumbered,
But your spirit; ah, your spirit!
Refuses to be conquered.
Like the eagle, you soar above the storm,
Like the phoenix, you rise from your own ashes,
Bearing a fire that cannot be quenched.
At sixty-five, your story is not ending
It is only beginning anew.
The rivers still flow with songs of promise,
The earth still yields harvests of tomorrow,
The stars still conspire in your favor,
And your people—unyielding, unbroken
Still believe.
O Nigeria, land of endless becoming,
The world shall yet see your crown restored,
Your glory rekindled, your honor reborn.
For though the night has lingered long,
Morning is coming
And with it, a greatness brighter than ever before.
Happy Independence, Nigeria.
Greatness is your destiny,
And destiny does not forget.

Meet Ibi Victor, Abuja’s Favourite Realtor & Real Estate Development Consultant.
Hi, I’m Ibi Victor, fondly called Abuja’s Favourite Realtor. Real estate for me isn’t just business, it’s a calling. I’m passionate about helping people like you create lasting wealth through safe and profitable property investments.
What started as a journey in real estate consultancy has grown into something much bigger. Today, I serve as the Managing Director of Fortreal Rei Ltd, a prestigious real estate company that's shaping the face of real estate in the city of Abuja, Nigeria and globally. My dream is simple: to contribute to solving Nigeria’s housing deficit by creating opportunities for more people to own affordable, secure, and modern homes and to help investors build sustainable wealth through the vehicle of real estate.
I studied History and International Studies at the University of Calabar, but my true classroom has been the real estate market itself. Over the years, I’ve walked side by side with investors, guiding them, educating them, and protecting their interests so they don’t fall into the traps of scams or bad deals.
One thing people quickly notice when working with me is my commitment to integrity. For me, it’s not about commissions or quick sales; it’s about making sure every transaction is transparent, secure, and beneficial to you. If I sense any loophole, I’d rather walk away than risk your trust or my name.
Through Fortreal and my social media platforms, I share knowledge on real estate investment, wealth creation, and property trends in a way that is simple, practical, and relatable. My goal is to show that real estate is for everyone, regardless of class or status, you don’t need to be a millionaire before you start building wealth through land and property.
I’m also the voice behind two sayings many of my clients love to quote:
✓ “Until you’ve owned a land, you’ve not landed.”
✓ “Owning a property is just the proper thing to do.”
Beyond business, I’m a lover of God, a student of wisdom, a husband to a beautiful woman, a father, and someone who never stops learning and passionate about sharing his thoughts. I’ve been blessed to glean insights from great minds like Barrister Raymond Ijeomah Ijeomah, Dr Femi Joshua, Dr Ralph J.P. Ayua , and Arch. Barka Mshelia and I pass on those lessons to the people I work with.
If there’s one thing you should know about me, it’s this: with me, YOU always come first. I’m here to be your trusted guide, your partner, and your biggest supporter on your journey into building wealth through real estate.

AVANA GROVE, KARSHI: where nature writes the first verse.
Rolling green landscapes stretch wide, soft hills cradle the horizon, and the whisper of trees weaves peace into every breath of air. The sun falls gently here, scattering gold across fertile earth, where mornings begin with birdsong and evenings close with skies painted in amber and violet.
This is not just land, it is a sanctuary.
The topography, with its balance of gentle elevation and open plains, creates a canvas that calms the mind, unburdens the soul, and nurtures the body. To live here is to feel your pulse slow, your thoughts clear, your spirit rise. Every path leads you deeper into serenity; every breeze carries away the weight of the city.
But beauty here is not only emotional, it is financial.
Avana Grove is soil that grows wealth as surely as it grows life. With its rare blend of natural charm and strategic location, every plot becomes a seed for capital appreciation. Investors who plant their trust here will watch their investment rise like the morning sun; steady, certain, unstoppable.
And beyond appreciation lies cash flow, streams as refreshing as the air itself. Rentals thrive where nature meets modernity, where people long to live, rest, and find refuge. Avana Grove is that meeting point, a destination where demand is certain and returns are tangible.
To invest here is to own more than land.
It is to hold a future where beauty pays dividends, where tranquility enriches, and where every dawn greets you with the assurance that you chose well.
Avana Grove by Fortreal:
Where nature heals, and wealth grows.

Happy New Week, Visionaries!
In real estate, one truth never changes: starting small beats not starting at all.
Too often, people wait for the “perfect” time, the “full plot,” or the “big break” before taking action. But here’s the reality: a half plot today can become your full estate tomorrow.
For High Net-Worth Individuals, Diasporans, and forward-thinkers, the game isn’t about waiting, it’s about positioning. Land is finite. Demand is growing. Prices don’t wait. The opportunity you grab now, no matter how “small” it seems, becomes the foundation for generational wealth.
Note:
✅ A half plot is better than none.
✅ Progress is better than procrastination.
✅ Entry is better than regret.
This week, take that decisive step. Secure the piece of tomorrow’s city today. The only wrong move in real estate is standing still.
Here’s to smart beginnings, bold moves, and wealth that outlives you.
You can begin today and grow wealth beyond your thought.
Happy birthday to my friend, brother and colleague, Iyayi Aibuedefe.
May your everyday effort yield unimaginable result.
I celebrate you sir.

Yesterday I was having a conversation with a friend over the phone and we had a long conversation about different things as relates to life, work, family, marriage, and the the different experiences one had to go through just to be a man. I was struggling to put into words what it meant to feel deeply, to taste joy, to carry loss, to stand in awe of beauty. I thought if I could just explain it well enough, it would make sense to others who have certain expectations. He cut in gently and in a calm voice he said: “You can never explain experience. You can only experience experience.”
That sentence struck me. It was both freeing and unsettling. Freeing, because it reminded me that not everything has to be neatly explained; unsettling, because it revealed how limited words can be. How do you describe the weight of heartbreak, disappointment, unmet expectations, unachieved goals or sadness? The fullness of being loved, accepted and sometimes rejected? The silence that accompany thoughts that come with a heavy heart? No matter how vivid our language, there’s always something that escapes capture, something that can only be known by being there.
Albert Camus once said, “You cannot create experience. You must undergo it.” And John Dewey reminded us, “We do not learn from experience; we learn from reflecting on experience.” Their words echo my friend’s wisdom, life is not a textbook we can read and understand. It is a road we must walk, sometimes stumbling, sometimes running, but always moving. The beauty, and even the pain, cannot be borrowed from another’s story. It must be lived.
In that moment with my friend, I realized that perhaps the greatest mistake is rushing to explain what should first be embraced. Maybe the invitation of life is to slow down, to taste, to touch, to listen, without the pressure of turning everything into a neat narrative. Reflection has its place, yes, but presence comes first. Without the raw encounter, reflection has no material to work with.
So I share his words with you: You can never explain experience. You can only experience experience.
What are the moments in your life that words have failed to capture, yet shaped you the most?
Feel free to share your thoughts in the comment box.

JUST LIKE YESTERDAY…
I stumbled on an old picture today, and it hit me; growth is real!
Just like yesterday, I was full of dreams and raw ambition, but today that is an entirely different story because the dreams are gradually becoming a reality. The difference between that picture and me now is the evidence of consistency, vision, and growth.
Real estate tells the same story. That plot of land you once overlooked? Today, it’s commanding premium value. That neighborhood you thought was too far? Now, it’s the hottest address in town. Growth in real estate is steady, silent, and then suddenly undeniable.
Looking at my journey and looking at the real estate market, one truth stands clear: appreciation is guaranteed for those who take action early. What seems ordinary today will be extraordinary tomorrow. What looks small now will soon stand tall.
So here’s my charge to you: Don’t just watch the growth, invest in it. The best time to own real estate was yesterday, the next best time is NOW.
Let your next “throwback” be a testimony of how wise you were to invest today.
I can help you secure a piece of the future today.
