Put together a rig using some of the Bright Tangerine Create pieces from my Komodo setup combined with the XLCS ZR cage.
The ZR CTL app (ZineControl) has also been incredible. Makes using your iPhone as a monitor way more practical than I expected. If you're shooting on the ZR, definitely worth looking into!
Excited to take this setup on a shoot this weekend. 📽️
I’ve been deep in development on the next FilmVision Pro update, and I’m excited to finally start sharing some details!
This update will include improved film negative emulations, new Instant Grades, new Natural/Clean Grades, and an entirely new DCTL workflow.
I’ve also developed a custom grain and halation model that I’m incredibly happy with. These will be implemented through a set of DCTLs that will streamline your grading process.
In total, the update will include 6 new DCTLs.
As a thank you for all the support, this update will be completely free for all existing FilmVision Pro owners.
For those who only want specific tools, I’ll also be offering the new DCTLs and grade packs individually at a lower price point, so you can pick up only what you need.
More details on the release coming soon, as well as a lineup of YouTube videos that I’m incredibly excited to share :)
I’m getting ready to work on a series of short films and want to shoot them on a more “budget” camera. Budget is relative, but I’m thinking something around the price range of the X-H2S when it first launched.
Which camera would you be most interested in seeing me use and create content around?
I’ve got a big lineup of videos planned that aren’t gear-related, but I’d also like to mix in some camera-focused content and experiments along the way. Curious what you’d like to see.
I want to say thank you for your support on this product!! I'm already working on some updates & improvements for FV2 users in the coming months. Once you purchase you'll be receiving free updates along this way. I won't be abandoning this product anytime soon!
Also prepping a better way for you to send over stills from work created with FV2, so I can start sharing them!
Got some videos coming in these next few weeks. See yall soon! 📽️
There will be a 10% release weekend sale for any new FilmVision V2 buyers! 🏷️
If you were a previous user, you should’ve received an email from me (check spam) with a unique discount code that you can use on the FilmVision V2 products!
Please ensure you are buying the correct product that corresponds to your software of choice.
