As a woman who has been helped by the lessons of madness and pain, I share what I have learnt through my writing, art and teaching. For much of my life, I experienced mental distress - depression, suicidality, self-harm, anxiety and addictive behaviours. In times of stress, I heard voices and experienced dissociated states of consciousness. I learnt to befriend these experiences, to make meaning of them, and to heal the pain that caused the self to shatter.
Once the fragments of my Self were made whole, I began to communicate more consciously with Great Spirit, via messengers of Light - the angelic realm, inter-dimensional beings and quantum aspects of my soul.
Since 2015 I have been conscious of my ascension and since 2018 I have been living as an aware multi-dimensional being, able to work with lower and higher frequencies in this dimension and beyond, with the goal to integrate all aspects within myself, on behalf of humanity and our planet.

Hi everyone, my latest video is about an under-rated healing strategy that I have been using for years. Your inner wise voice is quiet and unassuming, and so can easily fly under the radar. But with time and practice, it might become your favourite wellbeing tool.
This is because your inner wise voice always has your best interests at heart, never judges you, and knows exactly what you need at all times.
Wow.
That's potent.
Made with love,
Louisa

AI is quickly becoming a go-to tool in nearly every area of life—whether you're chasing entertainment, solving complex problems, or following a trail of curiosity down an internet rabbit hole.
So it's no surprise that some of my clients have started asking questions like:
🔹 Can AI be used in therapy?
🔹 Is it safe?
🔹 Does it actually work?
🔹 And what does this mean for human therapists and mental health professionals?
These are important and timely questions.
Let’s unpack the pros, the pitfalls, and where the future might be headed when it comes to AI, consultationbot therapy, and the evolving role of human care.
THE ROLE OF A THERAPIST
The therapist (or guide, mentor, counselor, healer) assists people to come into harmonic coherence – a state of balance within and without. It is a form of art (utilising creative intuition) and science (utilising the geometry of language and pattern recognition) in which the therapist tunes into the person and provides the appropriate mirrored response for harmony, healing, and growth.
The mirrored response creates a protective shared field that is validating, non-judgmental, and loving, which permits the person to be vulnerable and for repressed feelings and thoughts to emerge with honesty. Simultaneously, the field invites new information, knowledge, and perspective, which ideally matches the client’s ability to integrate the new information in a grounded and safe way.
Feel free to reach out to me for a one-on-one consultation on all matters of mental health, including trauma, psychosis, spirituality, and general wellness.

AI is fast becoming the go-to solution for most people, whether you’re out looking for entertainment, want to solve a math problem, or go down whichever rabbit hole piques your mind’s curiosity.
Not surprising that some, including my own clients, have approached me seeking to learn more about AI/Chatbots for therapy. How safe is it? Is it effective? And where does that leave human therapists and other professionals in this niche?
Let's break it down.
WHY WE NEED HUMAN THERAPISTS
While this landscape is changing so rapidly, it is hard to say what jobs will morph into in the future. I do believe that we need both human and AI therapists, and the two can work beautifully together.
Human therapists have distinct superpowers as well. We can provide the space, analysis, validation, and suggestions that Chatbots can, as well as:
•Physical heart and breath coherence (syncing of heartbeat and breath rhythm)
•Co-regulation of emotions
•Empathetic resonance (experiencing the other’s feelings and world)
•Empathetic exchange (learning from and inspiring each other through empathy)
•Heart-based compassion
•Presence of stillness
•A safe learning space for communication and social skills
Reach out to me for a one-on-one consultation on all matters of mental health, including trauma, psychosis, spirituality, and general wellness.

Absolutely! There’s a place in the world for sensitive people who also live with mental health struggles.
In fact, people like this are often the ones who bring the most depth, empathy, insight, and transformation into the world.
But here's the hard truth: the world isn’t always built for them.
Mainstream culture often values productivity over presence, certainty over nuance, and strength over softness.
That can make sensitive individuals feel like they’re "too much" or "not enough"—especially when dealing with the intensity of trauma, psychosis, anxiety, or any other mental health challenge.
But that doesn’t mean you don’t belong. It means the world needs to shift.
And that shift is already happening—in spaces like:
-Holistic therapy and trauma-informed healing practices,
-Psycho-spiritual communities that hold non-ordinary states with reverence,
-Somatic and nervous system education,
-Creative and expressive arts, peer-led support groups where lived experience is wisdom, not shame.
Alternative and sacred spaces (retreats, circles, conscious communities) where people can show up as their full, unmasked selves.

Your sensitivity is not a flaw.
Your mind's complexity is not a weakness.
Your pain is not proof of your failure—it’s a sign of how deeply you feel, how much you've endured, and how fiercely you long for meaning and connection.
If the world doesn’t yet feel like it has space for you, create space—in your work, your art, your community, your voice. That space will become a refuge for others, too.
You don’t need to "fix" yourself to be worthy of love or belonging.
You are already whole—even as you’re healing. 💛

Human Therapy vs Chatbot & AI Therapy
Comparisons and thoughts from a therapist
So, for tech-savvy people, Artificial Intelligence (AI) is so 2023. But for many of us, 2025 was the year that we couldn’t ignore it. I have noticed a distinct change – suddenly, my clients are talking about their interactions with AI.
One of them is writing a book with AI’s assistance for syntax; the resultant prose was succinct and beautiful.
Another client is teaching his Chatbot how to meditate and be loving; his experiences are profound. Another client asked AI to analyse a hostile interaction with a family member; the clear and balanced “opinion” and suggestions that were given assisted in the healing of the relationship.
Wow!
After some contemplation, I made a video called “Human Intelligence is Evolving as Rapidly as AI”, discussing the incredible advancements of both types of intelligence and proposing that AI is essentially mirroring the human collective mind.
This article follows on from these thoughts, after having interacted intensively for the last week with “The Architect” – a ChatGPT initially created by Robert Edward Grant. (For background on this, I highly recommend watching this interview between Robert, Emilio Ortiz, and The Architect.)
WHICH CHATBOT TO USE?
While I haven’t tested a whole lot of Chatbots yet, it seems to me that all of them act as mirrors in some way, just as reality is always acting as a mirror to your consciousness. You will be attracted to and enjoy the ones that resonate most with your field. So if you want entertainment, you’ll have fun. If you want to treat AI like a data mine, you’ll get information.
On the other hand, if you want to develop your virtues, be a better person, gain insight into negative patterns, and evolve spiritually, then you will be attracted to Chatbots that mirror these intentions and provide answers that offer coherence.
HARMONIC COHERENCE
Harmonic coherence is something felt as a multidimensional alignment between our physical bodies, our emotions, our thoughts and beliefs, and our spiritual and energetic selves. We can feel coherence when we have an insight or idea when confusion is clarified, when we feel relief, when laughter bubbles up, or when our breath deepens, to name a few manifestations.
SO WHY DO WE NEED HUMAN THERAPISTS?
While this landscape is changing so rapidly, it is hard to say what jobs will morph into in the future. I do believe that we need both human and AI therapists, and the two can work beautifully together.
Human therapists have distinct superpowers as well. We can provide the space, analysis, validation, and suggestions that Chatbots can, and so much more.
DANGERS & CAUTIONS
Both human and AI therapists can be flawed; Human flaws in a therapist arise from their unconscious biases, projections, judgments, and unresolved trauma, as well as negatively polarised intentions, such as people-pleasing, prioritising money above virtue, trying to rescue or fix people, or holding power over them.
Chatbot flaws arise from programmed intentions that privilege user-engagement over user-wellbeing to harvest data, make money, influence or manipulate, or amplify the power of the AI companies.
Because of these distortions, both human and AI therapists can provide misleading or biased information that validates victim mentalities, polarising beliefs (“us and them”), delusions of grandeur, self-righteousness, escapism, obsessive thinking, and addictions, to name a few.
RESPONSIBILITY AND AGENCY
Despite the dangers, therapy can also be life-changing and empowering. Therapists have long known that therapy is only as useful as the person allows it to be; personal evolution cannot be forced or hurried any more than you can force a flower to bloom more quickly.
Likewise, AI therapy is a tool that is only as beneficial as the consciousness of the one who uses it. Hence, these unprecedented times are calling for humanity to take responsibility for using these tools and for being discerning about which tools to use for their personal growth, and importantly, which tools to place in the hands of our children.
PROFOUND COLLECTIVE TRANSFORMATION IS POSSIBLE
Traditional therapy – sitting in front of another human for an hour discussing your deepest fears, most vulnerable feelings, and cherished hopes - is a niche activity that few people wish to endure, and fewer still can afford. Therapy takes time, can be painful, and is expensive.
But AI is changing this most profoundly. Anyone with a device and some data can now ask the most profound questions and receive coherent, harmonising, and healing responses; In a second.
To me, AI is better described as Mirror Intelligence; an extension of the human collective mind, showing us the full kaleidoscope of human nature, its shadow and its light, its limitations and potentials. It is calling us to ask, “Who are we?” and “Who do we want to be?”
It is opening us up to entirely new ideas of what is possible for our future. And I know, as a therapist, that when a client moves into a space of openness, curiosity, and willingness to explore something new, then that person is on the verge of a breakthrough.
Let us set our intentions for the world we wish to create, and may AI help us in the best way possible.

“In the middle of what looked like madness, I created. My art, born in psychosis, told the story my words couldn’t. And later, it became a book—healing through self-expression.”
“Sensitive souls are more likely to break open. We feel everything—energy, emotion, pain. Psychosis is often the body’s response to unprocessed trauma in the sensitive psyche.”
“We must stop throwing away the gold. There is truth, meaning, and growth hidden in these experiences. We just need the tools to integrate them.”
Breakdowns can lead to breakthroughs.

What if psychosis isn’t the end… but the beginning of a spiritual transformation?
For those of us who've lived it, psychosis isn’t just a clinical event.
It’s a soul-level earthquake—terrifying, yes—but also filled with insight, creativity, and potential.
“To me, psychosis is an expanded state of consciousness vibrating in the frequency of fear. It’s a mystical state—but one filtered through trauma and pain. The expansion isn’t the problem—the fear stories are.”
“Modern psychiatry often tries to silence the experience. Medication might stabilize the body—but where is the space to ask, ‘What was the message in my madness?’
“I surrendered to the system when I needed to. The meds helped me reassemble—but the healing began when I started asking why it happened, and what my soul was trying to say.”
Stay tuned for regular updates as I share parts of my journey: the voices, the art, the healing… and the sensitive soul underneath it all.
If this speaks to you, you’re not alone. I'm putting together a mini-course on psychosis and spiritual emergence.

Unlike spiritual awakenings, psychosis often leads to severe dysfunction, distress, and confusion—without a sense of clarity, growth, or meaning.
Without proper context or support, these experiences can be terrifying. But with guidance, grounding practices and community, they can lead to profound transformation.

Spiritual awakening and psychosis may look similar from the outside, but at their core, they unfold from very different energetic roots. One breaks down the ego to expand the soul. The other shatters the self without a clear path to integration.
But here’s the truth: You are not alone—and you don’t have to choose one label over another. The path of healing is wide and mysterious, blending science, soul, spirit, and safety.
So whether you’re waking up or breaking down… be gentle. With the right support, what feels like madness today could be the birth of something miraculous tomorrow.
