I help people solve their complex health issues when diet and exercise is not enough. I suffered with IBS, Autoimmune, Skin Issues, Food Sensitivities, Brain Fog, Severe Fatigue and Painful Joints that started in my early 20's. After seeing numerous doctors with no success, I lost my faith in Conventional Western Medicine. I was scared, hopeless and worst of all thought I would suffer with these issues for the rest of my life. It wasn't until I found Functional Medicine when all the pieces of the puzzle clicked for me. Once my own health issues cleared up, I experienced the power of Functional Medicine, which takes everything into account: Nutrition, Lifestyle, Movement, Stress, Genes, Toxicity and much more. This allows for a more personalized approach to healing and not just "another medication to reduce symptoms". This allows us to get to the Root Cause of complex chronic health issues. I then grew a tremendous passion for helping others solve their health problems!

Anybody else a fan of physical books?

I love audible and have so many gems in my library, but……

Nothing replaces the feel and smell of actual books…

From the cover, to the chapters, to the anticipation of what may appear on the next page…

This habit has been in my life for over 20years already.

I personally love non-fiction like nutrition, biz, marketing, sales, personal development and so on….

But I also love me some “fictional” classics, some of these very stories have existed through the span of time.

And books like the Bible, for 1000s of years….

Knowledge is Power, and is litteraly hidden all around us, in libraries across the world-but that “Knowledge” cannot be accessed if you don’t open the book.

They can teach us valuable life lessons- for example (there will always be an Iago, or a Judas in every circle- usually the ones closest to you)

These classics are the OG’s of “street” knowledge…

You CAN burn fat and Stay Lean without giving up carbs……

No Carb diets SUCK and are not sustainable over the long term.

If you are a guy like me, you probably love to eat (who wouldn’t when you can chef up some killer meals).

Like all great opportunities in life- TIMING is KEY!

Having the right strategy can make the whole process easier.

Not to mention, you don’t need to live in the gym either….

You are a BUSY guy, and who has time to hit the gym 5-6 days a week?

You have your business….

You have your family…….

Hopefully, you have the body and health that YOU WANT..
