Hey JAM FAM!! Just wanted to check in with you again with another massive freezer cooking movie update 💃. I have one more big cooking project to film to wrap up this adventure between this afternoon and tomorrow morning and finally it will go through editing to get it out to you! Of course “last week Jamerrill” thought you’d have it out last weekend and “this week Jamerrill”
says hopefully it will be this coming Saturday 12/13! I know you all are super gentle on me and gracious when I do these big filming projects and I think you will love all that we accomplished. Even getting both mixers going and doing homemade chicken broth using the 60 quart stock pot that we haven’t gotten out since 2022! Lots of yummy food and fun coming up soon. 🤗

👋🏻 hey JAMFAM sorry to go quiet on you for several days! I had some big personal life things I had to dive into and give my full focus. You should finally have a new massive meal prep and freezer cooking video extravaganza this afternoon around 4 PM EST and I hope to be rolling for the rest of the month of October! Proud of us, 🙌🏻 we’re doing it! This is just a selfie of me at the playground this weekend when I came up for air during my big project and took a break with my folks. Iced coffee plus sunshine is helpful! Also got in a nice run last evening. 🤗 love to hear about how so many of you are walking and even running as well!

Happy 😃 day, JAM FAM!! I’ve been pretty quiet on the main channel this past week. I needed an extra breather for a few days. I’m now feeling pretty great and refreshed moving into October 🍂 and can’t wait to share more big food adventures with you! Saturday I ran my city HALF Marathon and came in at 3 hours 51 seconds 🙌🏻. It was AH-MAZING!! This afternoon at 4PM EST I’ll publish the next video. After that you’ll see me Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays at 4PM EST for October. I have Sharp Shopper plans, Big Freezer Cooking days, basement grocery store and freezer organizing tours & tasks, and more. See you soon 🤗

Hey ✨JAM FAM🍓, me and my guys literally ran the runway today at an event in our area to benefit our local favorite children’s museum 🤗. They were able to run the kids 1K on the airport runway. After running that event with my preschooler, I flipped right around and ran the 5K. Running on a tarmac in almost 90° heat with blaring sunshine was a whole new level for me ha ha! Anyway, wanted to let you know I had planned to publish a massive from scratch freezer cooking day this afternoon, where we tackle that 50 pounds of cabbage we got at an awesome deal plus many more big cooking adventures. Unfortunately, when I got home, my Internet had glitched and the video never finished uploading. It’s almost done now 🙈. It will publish tomorrow afternoon at 4 PM EST and we will be back on track!

Thank you SO much for all the sweet birthday wishes! I had the best time in NYC for my 46th, seeing Hamilton on Broadway (my second time!! 🎭) and even driving in the city again. Momma did it, yay! 🚗✨

Happy day ☀️ good friends I wanted to let you know that I plan on publishing the third video in my recent Trim Healthy Mama sugar-free/gluten-free dessert freezer cooking project, this afternoon around 4 PM. I had planned for it to publish yesterday. Unfortunately, the file was so large, and I had some uploading issues. It wasn’t done uploading until midnight 🙈. We majorly expand five healthy dessert recipes making dozens, and dozens, and dozens…as we do 💅🏻. I also give you tons of info on making your own sugar-free/gluten-free/dairy free baking blend and many “non-special ingredient” alternatives that can help with a variety of different eating styles and preferences.
