I originally certified in December 2023 and it’s been an amazing two years so far and I can’t wait to keep sharing more nutrition and wellness tips with you guys!
For my CEUs, I took a course on behavior change therapy because I think mindset and behavior goes hand in hand with nutrition and pretty much everything I talk about on here. 😆
Tomorrow, I’m posting a video about new year’s resolutions (a realistic one) and how to approach them without losing your mind. 😎
