Alright, so, I guess this is the next Pokeshipper that I need to call out in a month

‪@Ay_sinpie‬ For someone who has claimed himself that you never watched the XY Series itself, or things in general regarding Serena, you had a lot to say on X

First off, why are there still people in the Big 2026, who think or falsely claim, that Serena only gave Ash a kiss on the cheek, and not on the lips? There is absolutely zero evidence to back your claim up, not only was it already shown multiple times throughout the series, that kisses on the cheek absolutely are okay to show on screen (Like Melody in Pokemon the Movie 2000, or Bianca/Latias in The Pokemon Heroes Movie), but on top of that, the reactions towards those kisses, compared to this one, is literally night and day difference, Brock, Tracey and Misty looked a bit shocked and taken a back, but not much over the top reaction, compare that to the reactions of Clemont, Bonnie, Pikachu and Dedenne, who were as red as tomatoes and looked like the world flashed before their eyes, I really doubt they would have those reactions if it was just a "kiss on the cheek"

And even if you wanna argue that, there's been evidence from the writers and the director itself, who pretty much confirmed that it was indeed a kiss on the lips or mouth If you still refused to believe the obvious, and before you come up with your excuse of "Movies and Series have different restrictions and rules", before you blocked me like the coward you are, I was about to reply to you that I double checked on things, and as far as I know, the anime and the movies have the exact same rules when it comes to censorship, nothing more, nothing less.

And on to your other point, which is a disgusting agenda and lie, you claimed that because Serena didn't have a good long interaction with Ash, was cause the "kiss was nothing special" and they basically acted like friends

It's literally quite the opposite, the reason why they couldn't give Ash and Serena a longer reunion in Journeys than they could, was because 1: The Writers already got death threats from people before when they did the kiss, and they were afraid that if they did anything more, it would escalate things, but also 2: If they made Ash and Serena have longer than a 30 second interaction, that would mean they would have to address the kiss and considering they are 10 year olds, and the pokemon anime isn't a romance focused anime, It would be pretty uncomfortable and awkward having that discussion especially in an anime that's targeted towards Kids and mainly for adventure and action, not romance, so they had to do as much as they could to give a reasonable explanation on why Ash and Serena couldn't interact for longer by putting all these obstacles in their way like Wallace and the Contest spectacular

And on your final claim that Ash didn't even "recognize" Serena in Journeys

First of all, that's completely false cause the moment Serena called out to Ash, he immediately recognised her voice and turned around and saw her after being in a rush to get on the boat, and he even told Goh and Chloe that she was someone who he used to travel with and while the boat was drifting away, they talked to each other from distance about their dreams and current goals, both being in support of each other, and Serena watching the ship for pretty much maybe an hour until the ship can no longer be seen by her from distance, I think that very much Implies there are still strong Feelings at least from Serena's side towards Ash that still haven't disappeared or gone away, Sylveon looking worried and concerned also proves this (Cause Sylveon's can detect the feelings of their own trainers), and on top of that, do you really expect a 10 year old kid, who absolutely loves pokemon and battling, who has travelled to many different regions, met many different people, to immediately recognize someone when they completely changed their apperance and look since the last time they saw each other? (Fyi, he did the exact same thing with Cynthia with not recognizing her immediately, except even worse cause Cynthia was wearing the same outfit)
