Amada Careers Not Just Apprenticeships
Introducing Adam Carless, Adam is another former apprentice who has developed a vast wealth of experience whilst working within the company. Adam joined Amada in 2011 and spent his apprenticeship years at Herefordshire and Worcestershire Group Training Association (HWGTA), consultant engineering, software and the final 2 years with refurbishment. His following years were spent in the field, installing, scheduled servicing and attending breakdowns on machines. His latest role is back at Amada Technical Centre in Consultant Engineering.
"The work I do within my role changes day by day, from running a team of engineers delivering technical support for sales to talking one to one with customers to provide the ideal solution for their needs. One of the best aspects of my job is supporting and developing the next generation of apprentices.
