look when you're this small it feels like if you got do 1 thing otherwise people will think it's to many topics and thing everything is just a one off, I like to make music draw I want to tell story's and animate and then I got wonder why do I care about this channel?

need an art software for animation got ideas
needs to be a 1-time buy be 50$ or less easy to learn
not have an all-white background when imported as a Png
use for windows be easy to install
not need add On's
be not adobe
clean U.I
and needs to have rigs for 2d
the art software and animation can be separate as long as get the art into and rigged in the animation Sofware is easy
file type PNG and also you got to have shown it has made good art I prefer vector, but it's doesn't need to be. thanks for helping. :D
