Today was a return to Leeds. I managed everything I set out to do except a few further out uninteresting things I skipped, and the following: bus station toilets are still shut, and two of the PRET branches are shut weekends.
The train station had a Speedflow, a Watrous, Airforces and HU02s. All Neros I filmed had T2s.
At Crownpoint, Starbucks was out of order, Subway and Costa code locked, M&S had Slims, George GSQ87s and Smyths a series 5000 branded as Bardo.
Starbucks St Paul’s had AK2801s.
The city museum floor 1 had HOKWANG rectangulars branded as Newlec in the gents like Ryanle filmed and the disabled a Watrous.
The library had a disabled and baby room downstairs with a P+L and EL, and upstairs the disabled had a dead Kingsley interhazard and the unisex a Thrii with a dead dryer.
Wendy’s had KINGWE hand burners and Jollibee AK2800s.
The other two Starbucks had code locks.
The theatre had a K2015 in reception.
Kirkgate Market had mini AIKEs in the gents and the disabled had a rough AK2800.
I finished M&S and also did the remaining disabled I had to do in Trinity.
I did try upstairs in BK Boar Lane but the toilets were code locked and staff said to use the disabled.
First one; a story. At The Octagon, my RADAR key got stuck in the lock, and I couldn’t get it out. The lady came down with WD40 and that didn’t work, so she asked a handyman to come down and he took both lock panels off and broke one, adjusted the handle and the closing piece and my key still wouldn’t come out. The lady said she would have to get the locksmith and would give my phone a ring when he’s been. To be honest, I expect my key will snap and I don’t live anywhere near so will just take that as a second key broken. I’m onto my third RADAR key now. My old one wouldn’t work in any locks so I had to ask staff at places for their key.
Started at Nottingham Train Station where I managed the platform toilets and all of the SMARTDris have been replaced with HK-JAs, Burton Train Station had those too.
Travelodge was closed for a refurb.
Sainsburys had Airforces, the baby room was rack bolt locked but I didn’t want to use mine due to a staff door nearby.
Matalan had an Anda Series 2000 branded as Newlec.
Tim Hortons had the usual setup.
Both Costas were franchised, one I only got the unisex of which was a KW-1000, and the other had a Kuaierte nozzle dryer and a GSQ250.
The Centre McDonald’s had a Heatstore K2008 in the disabled, and Classic+s in the other toilets which included a separate baby room.
Subway had a Geagle.
Cooper’s Square had Pebbles, and M&S within it the disabled was OOO, baby room too risky and the gents had a Slim.
In the library I could only do one toilet as a staff member was stood outside the whole time I was there which was annoying, and upstairs was engaged for ages. Upstairs has one disabled and downstairs two disableds and a unisex. I did one disabled downstairs which had an EL600.
The leisure centre had various cheap dryers.
KFC had WDPHS Airstreams.
Cineworld had some 90s and some 00s RedRing Classics.
Cooper’s Square had Osily KINGWEs. The downstairs disabled was OOO which the lady said was due to a broken pull cord.
ASDA had GSQ87s.
Dunelm had a Machflow in the gents and Mini in the unisex.
ASDA Express have closed the toilet.
Tesco had various AirDris.
BK had SM48s, as did the Range.
B&Q had Kuaiertes.
Morrisons had Airforces and no petrol toilet.
McDonald’s Centrum had a C1 in the gents and Quest in the disabled, Costa there had C1s, Greene King Vitesses and Holiday Inn HU02s.
Toby Carvery had 3 ladies, 2 gents, a unisex and a disabled cubicle. I did all except the ladies and they all had Machflows. Miller and Carter was too risky due to being next door and too posh.
Images attached are Cooper’s Square downstairs and my key stuck in the upstairs disabled, I didn’t think to get images of the lock taken apart. The next image is of some EG beanded tech products in the ASDA Express garage, and the final one of The Range having covered all of the parent and child parking spots with merchandise.
Today I visited West Bridgford, where the library had an XLERATOR in the downstairs gents, an Anda Brander in the upstairs gents and VA branded Series 5000s in both disabled toilets. The park had Wallgates. M&S and Nero had the usual, Birds had an Osily KINGWE that was way newer than the toilet. Costa had TSLs. Note both Nero unisex toilets had this incorrect sign.
Into Nottingham, the Victoria Market toilets have reopened which is odd considering the whole place is being forcibly closed by the council soon. The gents had an AB, the ladies a grey and a white dB, the baby room a VA 5000 and the disabled a dead VA 3000. I also found a Starmix behind one of the closed counters.
Finally, HOF’s floor with the café and toilets has now closed. At least I thoroughly checked what I could before it closed, still not exactly sure what the ladies had but it definitely had one GSQ89 at least. Pictures are attached of the store.
ASDA Worksop today. I bet they now regret RADAR locking both disabled toilets AND the baby room, the latter of which was held open by a chair and the changing places was left open off it’s closer.
Here’s the picture of the Morrisons Airforce in the Gamston petrol station, annoying Morrisons replaced the former dryer.
Also here’s an interesting soap dispenser to see in an M&S, this is one of the disabled toilets at the Giltbrook Retail Park store, I’m sure these soap dispensers weren’t here when I filmed the toilets in 2023.
On the way, Sedbury Lay-by had Redring AirDris as Splashy filmed.
Leazes Park have made their disabled staff only and the gents had a dead HOKWANG rectangular.
I filmed the majority of Costas, all of which had C1s except one which had an Airforce in the main gents.
John Lewis had a Db on the ground floor, roller towels on the first floor and the second floor had fully AB01s.
Eldon Square had HU02s and Puffs in one set, another had AK2800s in the gents and Redring AirDris in the disableds, the third was out of order and two disableds in the food court had Dbs. The bus station’s toilets are closed now.
Hotel Chocolat had Velair Goodwinds, all Neros had T2s. Fenwick had Airforces, one McDonalds had Quartzes and the other had C1s in the gents and a Quantum in the disabled. One Burger King had a code lock and the other an AK2800 in an older toilet and upstairs was closed off, Five Guys had AB08s, M&S Slims, the Starbucks I could film had Airstreams and the other two were code locked but looked to have been refurbished from when Con filmed the XAs. One Greggs had a C1 and the other had a KINGWE Osily and a C1. Taco Bell had AK2800s, Wendy’s AK2805s, one Subway had a Puma and the other I didn’t have time. GDK had K2001s.
The Centurion in the train station kept its Original Ultradry, the gents there had a KINGWE BlueDry EcoDry. The train station had HU02s.
The Discovery Museum had some HK-2400s, a HK-1800 and a Series 5000.
Premier Inn had an AK2800 and SMARTDris.
The Gate had taped off V7s and Goodwind hands ins.
Pizza Hut had a Series 3000 in the disabled and Geagle in the gents.
Waterstones had an AK2800. KFC one had no toilet and the other had a Machflow. Jollibee had AK2800s, PRET GSQ250s, Greene King the Junction the same as when Splashy filmed.
A very old City Baths unfortunately had a GSQ250, the library had PHS Airforces, the Laing Art Gallery had HK-2400s but the disabled in the gents had a 90s Initial but it was unfortunately dead.
I filmed a few things around Metrocentre after, Wingstop, ODEON, Starbucks and Namco Replacements but sadly PizzaExpress with XLERATORs is too risky due to the restaurant being tiny, and centre toilets being nearby.
On the way back, Leeming Bar McDonald’s replacements and Morrisons Boroughbridge. The garage just has a WDWH Airforce as it was fully rebuilt in 2020. The toilet was originally customer under Morrisons so there could be staff ones elsewhere.
Tesco Carlton had no XLERATORs but I could only do the gents due to it being separate from the main toilets and the baby room being too risky due to that and security present and the disabled was engaged for ages.
I filmed LIDL at Netherfield, Morrisojs garage had no toilet, and B&M which used to be Tesco Home Plus claim they have no toilets but I managed to find a disabled toilet on the ground floor that I couldn’t check due to the handle on the lock being missing and the staff door next to it being wide open with people going in and out. Upstairs I believe the toilets are through a door to the right of the lift. Tesco don’t usually do doors to toilets but that’s the only logical place. The lift is out of order and barricaded off. B&Qs Series 5000 remains too.
At Lady Bay, Smyths has a Saiwen Robus, Costa C1s, ALDI was out of order, Rontec have closed their toilet, KFC had a PHSWH Airforce with Machflow marks in the gents and a Machflow in the disabled, Smyths had an SM48, The Range have closed their toilets, I couldn’t find them upstairs, I saw a staff barrier door downstairs and the staff member said they don’t have any, and Burger King had fully Model As.
To Gamston, where Marstons had Ultradrys in all toilets except the unisex in the restaurant area. Morrisons petrol station had a toilet but had a WDWH Airforce.
I couldn’t do either Hickory’s as they have a dress code to enter that I wasn’t following, Greene King own them and one is an ex Greene King (I filmed it already but wanted to see what had changed or what I could find in other toilets) with the other being an ex Marstons. In reality it would be difficult to do due to it being an upmarket restaurant.
Premier Inn Nuthall had an Airforce in the Beefeater disabled and SMARTDris in the gents, I could only find one set and searched all except upstairs. MFG had the usual, Tesco Express a Velocity Eco and KFC the same as the last one.

Just another Costa Express in the Subway…
I presume the contractors who were doing work on the Shell sign at the garage above removed this during their work and accidentally caused it to drop.

Also got some very interesting dispensers found in a Tesco, unless they were part of a concession of some sort.
